The president of ecuador have actually declared state of emergency in three different Western provinces and he made the decision because of the rising crime in the county..
He actually made tweets that a curfew will definitely be imposed and also the thousands of soldiers and thousands of police officers will actuslly be sent to the cities which includes Guayas, Manabí and aldo Esmeraldas to "enforce peace and order"...
Ecuador is a country that recently experienced an increase in murders and gang-related crime.
And this is also the second time the president have used emergency powers to curb violence since he took office last year..
The Ecuador's president also said that drug trafficking is one of the reasons why there is an increase in Ecuador's crime problems...

Its a terrorist act on American soil while some say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic and foreign threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess.
