Curation Update Music Community
We are proud and happy to get support by the OCD incubation program for our Music community on Hive. We do update the community about our curation on a weekly basis so read on to see a small selection of our manual curated content within the community. Many thanks to @ocd and @acidyo for their great support to help rewarding great community members and content creators with their vote.
Please find below the 10 weekly featured posts we curated in our community. All curation has been made manually by @ylich @uwelang @eugelys @edje and @edwardstobia. We are looking forward to even more great content and engagement. We have increased the number of active community members by a lot - unfortunately we were not able to digg into all blockchain data to give you the actual numbers - maybe in the future. To date we have:

About the Music community
Since start we designed this community as the central space for music lovers and musicians / producers in various functions and encourage all to engage and create content around the music topic.
Our aim is to promote the active participation of the community, to talk and comment on music in its different expressions.
In our curation work we will be supporting the content for all the tags that gain their real space in this community. But remember that our judgment to vote content follows the same rules that govern in Hive, everything must be original content, we want to know your opinion, your tastes, your views. Also, we will take into account the dedication and effort to make your post. Remember the importance of mentioning the source of the images that you use, as well as quotes that you are going to place in it.

About the OCD Incubation Program
The most important news is that our community has been selected by OCD for their Incubation Program, so we now have their official support in our activities. This means that we are formally the music community in Hive, this also leads to a delegation that we will receive to support the vote from the @music-community account. This selection responds to the number of subscribers, as well as to the activity of our community.
But the most important aspect is that we become like curators of OCD, so we can apply for the posts published in the Music-Community and will receive the OCD vote and the whole accompanying trail.
Although we will continue to upvote and support content published in other communities, for this program we can only apply for content posted directly in our community. For this reason we invite you to publish all your musical content from this space.
For this great recognition and honor we would like to thank again our friends @acidyo and the whole team of @OCD for having selected us for such an important task, especially because we are dealing with such a concrete and important subject as music. And in response to that honor we want to correspond by postulating the best possible content, both of music played in Hive, as well as music contests, analysis, reviews and all the possible content related to this art form. We also want to have the opportunity to reward as many varied authors as possible.

Yes, yes, yes, a magical place where dreams come true, can not agree more with this. And one of my dreams has always been having curly hair like you 😍 ... so far, mother nature didn't want me to have it, so my hair is just straight like a line drawn by a ruler. No curlers would help. Nothing. My only consolation now is to open the post where you sing Back to Black and enjoy a bit more your hair and your singing. Love the song, but I am just coming out from a kind of black days. I am back to colours today haha
Nice G minor scales in sixteenth notes in that Gurlitt study, @minuetoacademy. Pretty cute actually, I will have to take a look at that opus 52. I think they are nice ones! How did you edit the video, ie are those effects or did you make several shots?

Super idea inviting your friend and make this musical talk with him. In the interview, he talks about the vocal range... A topic I have been thinking about for days. How strange thing is happening to me: When I give lessons, I realized I talk in the pitch of music that is played by my students hahaha. Ok, I even sing with the tune or the part that has to be highlighted while they play, or I show an example of how to phrase the musical sentence, but I mean overall, even if I just talk, I talk in the range the concrete musical piece is played on. When we play something below the middle C, I talk the whole octave down, I become a tenor or going to baritone :) When the music is played in another octave, I talk in the higher octave, according to the piece. And I just want to go back to the lower voice and I can not 😂 Does it happen to you too?
Ow, @edprivat, what an impromptu video! You say playing around with your new tuner and metronome :D? good, you play with them and the metronome is not actually playing with you, as in my case happened. (Ummm, sorry for the tag... well another mention will come hopefully this evening... so you will not have to check out the comment section of my post, haha, but I will announce the answers of my guessing game :D, please, cope with these mentions 😁 )

I am sorry for the loss of your grandparents @gabiotabalbas, I can imagine you miss them so much and what they meant to you. The house, the house of grandparents you have grown up will always stay in your vivid memory! I do hope you can go back one day to that house. The song, wow, the song you are singing with Pablo brings a lot of emotions. When I saw the title I thought it will be faster tango, turned out to be a so so beautiful and sad musical piece. And not just the peace itself is amazing, but the WAY how you sing it.

Yes, a music tutor, well, a piano teacher :) but in essence, what we do is educate and give love through music, so the same :)
Sight-reading is interesting, I like it so much. But we have different fortes, I am now waiting for your tips about switching easily to head voice!

Thanks for comment! The video was made with a fixed shot in general and continuous plane, then, what I do is to digitally zoom, add movement in closed shots pointing to the action of the hands and facial expressions (which are not abundant in my hehehe). Greetings, a hug!
