How I Spent My Wednesday || Homemade Indomie Instant Noodles
Guys, it's Wednesday, and my friend and I have just moved into a new flat in the Ikeja axis. Because I'm at work today, I wanted to do something different, to create something special for my viewers. The first thing I did was use the Canva App to create a unique cover image that would catch the audience's attention to my content.
Now let get to the main content, what did I've for you guys today.
I decided to make Indomie noodles and fried eggs, and it's not just the noodles that make my content interesting and worth reading; it's also the quality of the images and the step-by-step instructions.
Let move to the kitchen and start cooking, the ingredients used are all at home, I only went to the superstore to get the Indomie noodles.
The Indomie noodles
Carrots
3 large bulb of tomatoes
1 large bulb of onion
1 red pepper
Eggs
Vegetable Oil
Seasoning and Salt
The very first thing to do is to slice your veggies, that is the onion, tomatoes, red pepper and carrots.. after that crack the egg and beat it very well.. add little seasoning and salt.
The cooker we are currently using is 4 face, I can cook in 4 different places, so what I did is pretty simple. In one face I cooked the noodles and in the other face I fry the eggs.
I added the eggs, and allow it to fry for 3 minutes reduce the heat then turned to check the noodles, I added the sliced carrots and a pinch of salt to taste.
The food was done in no time, and I served it in a large platter, with the noodles served separately and the fried eggs served separately. To keep cool, I had a banana fruit and a chilled Malta beverage.
You might be wondering if I finish the food all by myself, the answer is Yes, I finish everything. Below is the proof 😋😋...
