Repairing my church flat mixer to sound well

Happy new week my co-mechanics How did you all enjoy your weekend? I hope all was well. Today i really appreciate the Almighty God for keeping me alive and also giving me the opportunity to create a content here in this community and i hope my content will be welcome here.

Today i i am posting about how i work on my church mixer to sound well when playing. I am the band master in my church (sound engineer) view Sunday ago i notice some changes in the sound of our mixer when play, it make the sound look somehow to the extent people that Know nothing about the sound start complaining about the sound.

Because of that i was so worry about what will be the sudden change in sound and because of that i have to test all the speakers in our church to know if the is any one that has fault be to my supprise the was none.
Therefore i have to use another mixer to check the sound and it was sounding very well so i then complain to my technician, telling him her the sound voice like so he told me to open the mixer and clean the dust inside it and if it don't not work i should call him back.

So i then pick the mixer to my house and then loose it with the help of start screwdriver.

After loosing all the screw, i was finding it difficult to open it because this was my first time of opening this type of mixer. I have to recheck it very well untill i discover i have to remove all the tuner to have access to the inside.

When i was loosing it i was still confused if i will be able to loose it, i keep on loosing it until i loose it all.

You can see the inside of the mixer is now clean.

After removing everyone thing, i was lucky that i was able to loose the mixer and the inside was really full of dust.

After opening the mixer I then use brush to brush out the dust completely

Finally i tight everything has i loose it, and i try my best to snap it so that i can remember it when i was tighting it back.

Here is the mixer after working on it

I then took it to church for testing. To my surprise everyone was working well including the sound

So i have to call my technician and inform him the sound is now ok
That is how i was able to repair my church mixer to work perfectly again.

Thanks everyone for your time. God bless you all Amen

Good maintenance of your sound equalizer, these devices are very delicate, especially when they fill with dust, greetings.
