Planting of pawpaw at my home

Happy new my co-farmers, how are you all doing today? I hope you all are doing pretty good.
I am very happy to share with you guys a post about the pawpaw I just planted at my home.
The is one pawpaw my neighbor had and the pawpaw is very sweet and bears much fruit, I fell in love with it, so I chose to get one of them that germinated, the plant at my home.

But what I am worried about, will this pawpaw bear fruit like one of my neighbors.
Because I remember getting a seed of palm fruit, planting it, and in the end, it was not what I was expecting.

So I am just patiently waiting to see the outcome of it.
