Hoy en la columna de "Programandonos para el Bienestar" deseamos se encuentren en bienestar o creándolo.

Este próximo domingo 16 de junio de 2024 en Venezuela estaremos celebrando el día del padre y por ello hemos querido invitarles a conversar e intercambiar ideas, pensares y experiencias de vida de esos hombres que en muchos hogares son héroes, en otros hogares su presencia ha sido intermitente, en otros nunca aparecieron en escena.

Independientemente de cada una de nuestras realidades de vida, con este post deseamos honrar la energía del arquetipo del padre, que se hizo presente al momento de nuestra creación y en nuestra crianza.

Cada hogar, cada familia, tiene una historia particular con un elemento en común: todos somos producto de la unión de un hombre y una mujer. A ese hombre socialmente se le reconoce como padre biológico. Son muchos los testimonios palpables entre nuestros familiares, amigos y también desconocidos, de aquellos que tuvieron la dicha de contar con un padre que los crió.

Pues padre biológico o padre de crianza, a ambos queremos enaltecer con esta iniciativa.

¿Cómo es la energía del arquetipo del padre?

En el inconsciente colectivo de la humanidad están presentes memorias y características de esta energía de padre, generalmente coincidimos que ellos son los que nos enseñan a ser fuertes, responsables, disciplinados, determinados.

Muchas veces al no ser equilibrada esta energía, algunos más que respeto hemos sentidomiedo a esa energía que emanan los padres.

La teoría nos lleva a pensar que a ellos también los enseñó consciente o inconscientemente su padre ó alguna figura masculina que haya cubierto la figura de padre en el hogar.

Sin embargo en la práctica, el estar vivos nos recuerda que la vida misma no es una única receta, que la experiencia de vivir es muchas veces impredecible, sorprendente, llena de variantes que enriquecen las historias y los aprendizajes.

Te cuento un poco de mi padre en esta carta que hoy siendo adulta le redacto en conjunto con la niña que fui y que me sigue habitando:

Papito bendición, hoy como todos los días saludo tu presencia en mí.

Gracias por llegar cada tarde con el pan canilla calentito en tus manos. Por hacerme los mejores jugos del planeta que jamás he tomado, por contarme un cuento incompleto cada vez que te lo pedía, por enseñarme a buscar en el diccionario, por intentar ser un hombre de bien. Por atreverte a formar una familia, aunque no hayas tenido un modelo a seguir, me pongo en tus zapatos y ha debido ser muchas veces espeluznante.

Gracias por escoger a mi mami y colaborar para que nosotros naciéramos. Qué curioso, te iba a escribir en esta carta que de ti no aprendí ser disciplinada y determinada. Justo me vino a la mente un recuerdo de tu constancia en arreglar las plantas de la casa y también cuando salías a vender jugos los domingos con esa seguridad y confianza de que te iría excelente y lo lograbas.

Me sigue asombrando, que viví contigo mis primeros 17 años, de eso hace ya un montón de tiempo y, fue hace poco que me enteré de tu infancia increíblemente difícil.

Quiero decirte que aunque no tuviste ese modelaje , yo hoy adulta confirmo que no lo pudiste hacer mejor.

Cuando puedas ven en mis sueños o convierte en aire, plantita o colibrí, o como tu desees pero sígueme contando tu historia

Thank you for arriving every afternoon with the warm canilla bread in your hands. For making me the best juices on the planet that I have ever drunk, for telling me an incomplete story every time I asked you, for teaching me to look in the *dictionary, for trying to be a good man.

For daring to start a family, even if you didn't have a role model, I put myself in your shoes and it must have been scary many times. Thank you for choosing my mommy and conspiring for us to be born.

Funny, I was going to write you in this letter that I didn't learn from you to be disciplined and determined, I just thought of your perseverance in fixing the plants at home and also when you went out to sell juice on Sundays with that security and confidence that you would do excellent and you succeeded.

It still amazes me that I lived with you my first 17 years, that was a long time ago, and it was only recently that I found out about your incredibly difficult childhood.
