Escucha activa, una medicina preventiva aplicable a los emprendimientos

Hola gente bonita de @Be-entrepreneur, hoy los visito para compartir un tema que nos incumbe a todos los emprendedores.

Hace pocos días, estuve realizando una actividad dirigida para adolescentes, la ejecuté en conjunto con otra colega, hemos desarrollado y realizado juntas talleres para niños y adolescentes en par de oportunidades.

En este último proyecto, a los días de haberse culminado, noté que se quedó en mí una cierta incomodidad relacionada con nuestro resultado. Buscándole explicación a mi sentir, me di cuenta que para mí era muy importante reunirnos post taller para manifestarle algunas observaciones que fui haciéndonos en medio de la actividad.

Al día siguiente de haber ejecutado la actividad, ordené mis ideas, las anoté y propuse reunirnos con el fin de entregarle lo observado y retroalimentarnos, acordando entre ambas una fecha y hora que nos favoreciera y permitiera el encuentro de retroalimentación.

Por factor contratiempo, la colega no pudo acudir a nuestro encuentro para reunirnos, primer embarque.

Entre las 2 la volvimos a refechar la reunión online, nuevamente a última hora me comunicó que por otros motivos que también son importantes para ella y surgidos a última hora no podría reunirse. segundo embarque.

En esta oportunidad no sugerí nueva fecha de encuentro esperando que mi colega manifestara interés e intención. Hasta el momento no se ha dado la conversación, si pasa de una semana más, dejaré mi feedback por escrito a través de un mail. No me agrada mucho hacerlo de esta manera, sin embargo, deseo cerrar este ciclo.

¿Qué es la retroalimentación?

La retroalimentación es un acto fundamental para todo emprendedor que desee aumentar los resultados positivos en su proyecto. Sirve para tener una mirada global de los alcances de cada uno de los esfuerzos realizados en pro de un objetivo.

De un feedback es posible que nazcan nuevas ideas, generando cambios innovadores, modificaciones interesantes y activadoras de la creatividad que impulse la satisfacción tanto en los diseñadores y ejecutores del proyecto, como también en los que reciben el servicio o producto. Es una forma de compartir los distintos avances de un proyecto en común.

El mundo es según quién lo interpreta

Cuando un emprendimiento se lleva a cabo entre 2 ó más personas, resulta interesante escuchar la percepción de cada uno los colaboradores o socios, para ello es necesario armarnos de humildad y apertura para escuchar y recibir algún comentario que tal vez no esperábamos recibir, siempre y cuando nos sea entregado con respeto y objetividad.

La Retroalimentación es un Regalo

Yo concibo la retroalimentación como un gran regalo, sea de buenos comentarios, como de algunos que señalen una oportunidad de mejora de mi persona, por ende se reflejará en el emprendimiento.

Mejora contínua

Somos aprendices eternos, así que por lo general siempre se puede mejorar algún pequeño detalle que sume valor al producto final o servicio. Mantenernos abiertos a esta posibilidad, nos hace eternos buscadores de calidad. Es por ello recibir un feedback puede ser el comienzo de un siguiente éxito de un nuevo proyecto.

Evitemos hacer como los padres que castigan a su hijo a destiempo
Aquí les dejo un ejemplo: el niño que rompe un vidrio de la ventana de la sala, y a la semana siguiente lo reprenden sus padres.
Nunca castiguen o reprendan a sus hijos días después, si no lo hicieron en el momento que ocurrió el mal comportamiento, ellos interpretan que todo está bien, no sabrán si estuvo mal y lo volverán a hacer. Si dejan pasar mucho tiempo ni se acordarán de lo que hicieron.

¿Para qué hacer feedback?

Los emprendedores se benefician con una buena retroalimentación desde varios ángulos.

Comunicación: Se fortalece, se expande la confianza de dar y recibir opiniones.

Emociones: Se evita a que se acumulen supuestos e interpretaciones, permitiendo la canalización efectiva de emociones.

Metas: La retroalimentación permite mirar, revisar y actualizar las metas y objetivos planteados.

¿Por dónde comienzo cuando voy a dar un feedback?
Por las cosas buenas, por los resultados positivos, de esa manera la persona que recibe el feedback se apertura a recibir. Si comenzamos por lo negativo, por la queja o el cuestionamiento, psicológicamente activará su capacidad de defensa o reactividad, cerrándose en gran porcentaje a recibir el mensaje como si fuese un regalo.

¿Que debe de estar presente?
la objetividad y los testimonios específicos con los cúales logremos mostrar nuestro punto de vista, luego nuestra nueva propuesta.

A few days ago, I was doing an activity for teenagers, I executed it together with another colleague, we have developed and executed together workshops for children and teenagers in a couple of opportunities.

In this last project, a few days after it was finished, I noticed that a certain discomfort remained in me. Looking for an explanation for my feelings, I realized that it was very important for me to meet after the workshop to express some observations that I had made during the activity.

The day after the activity, I put my ideas in order, wrote them down and proposed to meet with the purpose of giving her what I had observed and giving her feedback, agreeing between both of us on a date and time that would be convenient for us and would allow us to have a feedback meeting.

Due to a setback factor, the colleague could not come to our meeting to meet, first shipment.

Between the 2 of us we rescheduled the meeting online, again at the last minute she told me that for other reasons that are also important to her and arose at the last minute she could not meet.
This time I did not suggest a new meeting date, hoping that my colleague would express interest and intention. So far the conversation has not taken place, if it takes more than a week, I will leave my feedback in writing through an email. I am not very pleased, however, I wish to close the subject.

What is feedback?

We are eternal learners, so in general there is always room for improvement in some small detail that adds value to the final product or service. Keeping ourselves open to this possibility makes us eternal quality seekers. That is why receiving feedback can be the beginning of the next success of a new project.

Let's avoid being like parents who punish their child at the wrong time

Here's an example: the child who breaks a window pane in the living room, and the following week is reprimanded by his parents.

Never punish or reprimand your children days later, if you did not do it at the time the misbehavior occurred, they interpret that everything is fine, they will not know if it was wrong and will do it again. If you let too much time go by, they won't even remember what they did.

Why give feedback?

Entrepreneurs benefit from good feedback from several angles.

Communication: It strengthens, expands the confidence of giving and receiving feedback.
