A todas las mujeres emprendedoras del mundo feliz día, agradecida con @beentrepreneur por esta iniciativa,la cual invito a mis amigas @mosa71 y @rosahidalgo

Pienso que la mujer venezolana tiene en sus genes el emprendimiento, y como reza el refrán popular "no se le muere el muchacho en la barriga".

Bien sea solas o con su pareja, la mujer venezolana no es del tipo de mujer que se queda esperando a que le caiga del cielo la solución a un problema, nos activamos y sacamos nuestros súper poderes a relucir.

Yo mujer emprendedora

Cómo buena venezolana, no soy la excepción a la regla, así que motivada a la crisis económica y social por la que ha pasado el país, he buscado los recursos para mantener a flote a mi familia.

Haciendo un inventario de lo que sé hacer y que pudiese ser de utilidad me puse al servicio. Al principio, confieso que me fustro bastante no tener esa vena de comerciante que vende hasta piedras pintadas, y tampoco condiciones para las manualidades o la cocina.

Entonces qué hago? A qué me puedo dedicar? Qué me pongo a vender? Me preguntaba todo el tiempo. Para pasar el rato, me dedicaba a escuchar a mis amigas y apoyarlas en aterrizar sus sueños.

"Yo quisiera crear un método que vincule neurotransmisores y alimentos", me decía María Auxiliadora,entonces tomaba papel y lápiz y comenzaba a darle forma a la idea.

Otra amiga me decía que quería realizar un programa de capacitación para colegas del sector inmobiliario, que tuviese como contenido un poco de ventas, coaching de negocios y PNL.

De tanto ensayar con mis amigas me pareció buena idea apoyar a los emprendedores y las Pymes, asesorandolos para organizar sus flujos de trabajo. Así nace EMA Asesores, una empresa orientada a brindar herramientas para organizar, sistematizar y automatizar procesos de trabajo.

Retos como Mujer Emprendedora

Cómo mujer no he vivenciado distinción en el trato o carga de trabajo por parte de mis pares masculinos, más si rivalidad y maltrato de parte de las mujeres con las que trabajaba.

Esa entre otras razones son las que me llevan a tomar la decisión de trabajar por mi cuenta como Asesor de Procesos en el ámbito de ingeniería.

En realidad me siento más agusto trabajando con hombres, pues su naturaleza es más objetiva y menos conflictiva, por lo menos a la hora de tomar decisiones.

Mi mayor desafío

Soltar el control y confiar. Cómo buena gerente de proyectos la planificación y el control es algo que tengo casi que tatuado en la piel. Con toda la incertidumbre país que vivimos a diario, la costumbre de planificar paso a "un día a la vez", y la necesidad de controlar está pasando a "vamos a fluir y ajustar".

Nada fácil para una mente cuadrada y lógica asumir los cambios y la incertidumbre.

Paciencia y perseverancia Aunado a mí cambio de pensamiento incorporando la flexibilidad, también debo sumarle la paciencia y perseverancia.

Paciencia para aceptar lo que sucede cuando y cómo sucede,a paso de "Morrocoy herido", cómo diría mi amiga @evev, pero con la certeza de que debo seguir trabajando enfocada en cada objetivo. Con pasos pequeños pero precisos, voy avanzando de manera progresiva en darme a conocer en el área de consultoria.

Mi mayor logro

Si volteo a mirar hace 10 años, jamás me hubiese pasado por la mente tener una empresa. Estaba muy bien económicamente trabajando en la industria petrolera.

Mi mayor logro es poder reconocer y celebrar cada logro, ya eso es un gran éxito, pues para mi nada era suficiente, nada salia a la perfección, siempre faltaba algo.

Soy el producto de mi trabajo, sobretodo a nivel personal,basado en la aceptación y amor propio.

Cómo me veo en los próximos años?

La verdad no tengo la remota idea de cómo crecerá mi negocio en el futuro. Por ahora lo disfruto de sobremanera, por primera vez estoy trabajando en mi área haciendo algo que me gusta y me pagan muy bien por ello, con un equipo de trabajo extraordinario y un clima organizacional en armonía.

Para finalizar...

Siempre me he sentido muy orgullosa de ser mujer y haber nacido en esta tierra tan bendecida. La verdad no imagino cómo será en otras latitudes dónde no pudiese trabajar en mi área ni estudiar lo que yo quisiera.

Mi honra para todas las mujeres emprendedoras del mundo que con su aporte están haciendo de este planeta una gran colmena.

After so much rehearsing with my friends, I thought it was a good idea to support entrepreneurs and SMEs, advising them on how to organize their workflows. This is how EMA Asesores was born, a company oriented to provide tools to organize, systematize and automate work processes.

Challenges as an Entrepreneurial Woman.

As a woman I have not experienced any distinction in the treatment or workload from my male peers, but I have experienced rivalry and mistreatment from the women I worked with.

That among other reasons is what lead me to make the decision to work on my own as a Process Advisor in the engineering field.

I actually feel more comfortable working with men, as their nature is more objective and less confrontational, at least when it comes to making decisions.

My biggest challenge

To let go of control and trust. As a good project manager, planning and control is something I have almost tattooed on my skin. With all the uncertainty in the country we live in every day, the habit of planning is moving to "one day at a time", and the need to control is moving to "let's flow and adjust".

Not easy for a square and logical mind to assume changes and uncertainty.

Patience and perseverance In addition to my change of thinking incorporating flexibility, I must also add patience and perseverance.

Patience to accept what happens when and how it happens, at the pace of a "wounded Morrocoy", as my friend @evev would say, but with the certainty that I must continue working focused on each objective. With small but precise steps, I am progressively advancing in making myself known in the consulting area.

My greatest achievement

If I look back 10 years ago, it would never have crossed my mind to have a company. I was doing very well financially working in the oil industry.

My greatest achievement is to be able to recognize and celebrate every achievement, and that is a great success, because for me nothing was enough, nothing was perfect, there was always something missing.

I am the product of my work, especially on a personal level, based on acceptance and self-love.

I really have no idea how my business will grow in the future. For now I enjoy it very much, for the first time I am working in my area doing something that I like and I am paid very well for it, with an extraordinary work team and a harmonious organizational climate.
