HIVE Un océano de oportunidades

Alguna vez te has preguntado porque si HIVE significa colmena, cada uno de nosotros estamos representados por peces? Curioso no?

Hace poco en su post @damarysvibra nos comento que estaba super feliz porque tenia la insignia de "Delfin",ahi me comenzo la curiosidad y comence por indagar que era eso de las insignias, de que me sirven?. Por cierto amiga, felicitadciones!!

Revisando este enlace que me compartio amablemente @miriannalis, indagué un poco más sobre las características de este ecosistema,me di cuenta de mi progreso y mejor aun cuanto podia seguir creciendo. Tambien puedes indagar como es el anvance de otros peces en la comunidad, me tome la libertad de curiosear las cuentas de @miriannalis, @damarysvibra y @appreacciator a efectos de ilustar este post.

Como me encantan los indicadores y estadisticas lo revise detalladamente, deseando que mi pescadito se torne algun día una ballena. Para llegar a ser ballena hay dos vias, un atajo llamdo inversión y un camino un poquito más largo que se obtiene literalmente nadando a todo pulmón, con constancia, motivación y disciplina.

Como todo oceáno tiene sus mareas altas y mareas bjas. Cuando hay marea alta el valor de la criptomoneda comienza a subir. En esos momentos, aprovechamos las olas grandes para ir más lejos, es decir se abren concursos e iniciativas y aprovechamos la musa para escribir e incluso invertir.

Cuando la marea está baja, en cambio los pecesitos seguimos nadando un poquito más lento, porque eso sí no podemos dejar de nadar, pero no tenemos corrientes veloces que nos impulsen así que nos toca ir poco a poco. En esta dinámica de mareas altas y bajas se desarrolla nuestro ecosistema.

A diferencia del océano de verdad, en Hive los peces grandes no se comen a los pequeños, muy por el contrario apoyan a desarrollarse en la plataforma, porque si a ti te va bien entonces a mí me va mejor. Sin embargo siempre hay especies malintencionadas que ingresan al ecosistema para quitarte tus recursos, por eso nos protejemos nadando en banco de peces, y nos alertamos cuando hay un tiburon cerca.

Especies en nuestro ecosistema

Cuando somos peces pequeños nos movemos mucho mejor cuando andamos en manada o banco de peces. Nos apoyamos como comunidad, tenemos amigos que nos indican el camino y juntos obtenemos mayores beneficios, yo por ejemplo soy un pez de la especie Red Fish

Los pecesitos más grandes,llamados **Minnow **guían a los más pequeños, por lo general lideran comunidades, hacen curación, revisan la calidad de los post, y apoyan a los pecesitos que ingresan por primera vez. Tal como los hace mi amiga @miriannalis con su comunidad @holos-lotus.

Luego están los Delfines, que igual trabajan en equipo, tienen mayor poder del voto. Son adorables y juguetones como mi amiga @damarysvibra, siempre dispuesta a ayudar.🤗

Por ahora no conozco otros peces, he escuchado de una Ballena muy chévere que visita las comunidades llamado @apreciador. Las Ballenas y las Otras parecen ser un poco más solitarias pero también están pendientes de animar a los peces pequeños en convertirse en peces grandes algún día.

Ahora les voy a contar como ha sido mi travesía en este mar llamado HIVE en mi primer año de vida:

Etapa 1. Naciendo el pescadito

Mi amiga @miriannalis asistió en mi parto,apoyándome a abrir mi cuenta y guiando mi primeros pasos.
Tal cual recién nacida, seguía sus indicaciones al pie de la letra, habían muchas cosas, y términos que no entendía.

"Primero haces una presentación y lee las normas de cada comunidad para publicar". Créanme, me considero un ser humano inteligente, pero en ese momento no entendia nada de HBD, crosspost, powerdown o powerup, no tenía ni idea, estaba naciendo en el mundo de la economía digital. Recuerdo que al principio todo esto abrumaba.

Emocionada con mi recién adquirido hobbie y teléfono me dediqué a publicar, recuerdo que gane un concurso y eso me puso muy feliz porque no tenía nadita de tiempo en la plataforma y ya la suerte estaba de mi lado.

Conmigo estaban otras recién nacidos pecesitos, @yadiramelgar, @marielarc07, @mosa71 ,@alexis26,y @rosahidalgo. Ese 21 de diciembre del año 2021 nació, bajo el cuidado amoroso de @miriannalis y @evev un emprendimiento llamado Hive.

Nos unimos en un grupo de pecesitos novatos,y allí hasta el sol del hoy, nos apoyamos intercambiando tips, recomendaciones,publicamos nuestros post y si tenemos dudas acudimos a @yonnathang que es lo más parecido al pediatra de la familia.

Etapa 2. El pecesito quiere explorar

Ya avanzado los meses comencé a indagar en otras comunidades, me atreví a participar en concursos buscando en cuál comunidad me sentía más agusto. En esta etapa comenzamos a ponernos límites pues queremos publicar a diario, y hasta dos veces por día.
Hacemos travesuras, uno que otro crosspost inocente, y mas de una vez públique algo por error, por el sueño y la prisa...

Recuerdo que @evev nos decía "muchachos a veces es mejor no esperar hasta la media noche para publicar porque estamos cansados y se comenten errores"

Etapa 3. Encontrando mi lugar en el mar

No se si les ha pasado, pero despues de publicar en varias comunidades me quede fija con dos o tres. Esto es para mi lo más parecido a encontrar una manada favorita, dónde tienes la seguridad de que tú post es bien recibido, respetado, comentado y hay una energia bonita. Esto lo siento con las comunidades de @holos-lotus y la de @beentrepreneur.

Etapa 4. Pecesito responsable

Cuando sentí confianza y entendía mucho mejor la dinámica de HIVE,me dieron la oportunidad de participar activamente en la comunidad de @beentrepreneur.

Esto ha sido una bendición, pues en este mar de posibilidades encontré una manada maravillosa, liderizada por una amigable delfín llamada @damarysvibra que me dió el espacio para crecer y crear.🤗

Asumir el liderazgo de la manada

Llega un punto dónde ya estamos más grandes, y podemos hacernos cargo de cuidar un banco de peces. Esto lo he he visto en mi amiga y mentora @miriannalis, quien con tan solo dos años y medio en la plataforma, creo la comunidad @holos-lotus, tiene un programa semanal en Discord, y el año pasado en el mes de septiembre hizo el primer encuentro presencial para celebrar el aniversario de su comunidad.

@miriannalis se ha tomado en serio está actividad, y ha percibido muchos beneficios. Para mi es un referente de constancia y disciplina.

Then there are the Dolphins, who still work as a team, they have more voting power. They are adorable and playful like my friend @damarysvibra, always willing to help.🤗

***Stage 1.

My friend @miriannalis assisted me in my birth, helping me to open my account and guiding my first steps.
As a newborn, I followed her instructions to the letter, there were many things and terms that I didn't understand.

This has been a blessing, as in this sea of possibilities I found a wonderful herd, led by a friendly dolphin named @damarysvibra who gave me the space to grow and create.🤗

There comes a point where we are older, and we can take charge of taking care of a school of fish. I have seen this in my friend and mentor @miriannalis, who with only two and a half years on the platform, created the @holos-lotus community, has a weekly program on Discord, and last year in September made the first face-to-face meeting to celebrate the anniversary of her community.
