Nuevamente me encuentro con ustedes para contarles que el domingo pasado, una vez que mi esposo y yo fuimos a misa como de costumbre a cumplir con quien nos dio la vida y nos mantiene en pie, al salir de la eucaristía nos dio como flojera llegar a casa y tener que cocinar el almuerzo y solo para nosotros dos porque mi hija estaba reunida en otro lugar con sus compañeros de estudio.

Once again I meet with you to tell you that last Sunday, once my husband and I went to mass as usual to fulfill the one who gave us life and keeps us standing, when we left the Eucharist we were like lazy to get home and have to cook lunch and only for the two of us because my daughter was meeting elsewhere with her classmates.

Era como engorroso para dos personas, además cansada de tener que pensar todos los días que se debe cocinar para el almuerzo, sin dejar atrás el tema de la electricidad, ya que todo en mi casa es eléctrico y de repente pudiese ser que llegáramos a casa y no hubiese luz, estos cortes son realizados sin ningún cronograma.

It was cumbersome for two people, and I was tired of having to think every day about what to cook for lunch, not to mention the issue of electricity, since everything in my house is electric and suddenly we could get home and there would be no light, these cuts are made without any schedule.

En lo que veníamos camino a casa pensando en qué cocinar y aparte era tarde ya la 1:30pm, por lo que llegaríamos a la urbanización a eso de las 2pm, de repente vi un restaurante chino llamado arroz sabroso no muy de lujo pero si bien limpio, porque ya una amiga nos los había recomendado, nos pusimos de acuerdo como toda familia y decidimos estacionar el carro, bajarnos a pedir algo para comer.

As we were on our way home thinking about what to cook and besides it was already late at 1:30pm, so we would arrive at the urbanization around 2pm, suddenly I saw a Chinese restaurant called Tasty Rice, not very fancy but very clean, because a friend had already recommended it to us, we agreed like any family and decided to park the car, get out and order something to eat.

Mi esposo quería comer algo de vegetales y decidimos los dos comer arroz chino especial con (pollo y jamón) acompañándolo de chopsuey y jugo de piña, también queríamos comer lumpias pero a esa hora ya no había. Este restaurante estaba lleno de comensales, casi que no habían mesas vacías por lo que tuvimos que esperar como 15 minutos para que nos tocará el turno y fuésemos atendidos.

Valió la pena visitar este lugar, la comida muy rica, su personal tanto los mesoneros, cajeras y todo el personal en general son muy atentos, de verdad que quedamos con ganas de volver cuando tengamos estos apuros.

My husband wanted to eat some vegetables and we both decided to eat special Chinese rice with (chicken and ham) accompanied by chopsuey and pineapple juice, we also wanted to eat lumpias but at that time there were no more. This restaurant was full of diners, there were almost no empty tables so we had to wait about 15 minutes for our turn to be served.
It was worth visiting this place, the food was delicious, the staff, waiters, cashiers and all the staff in general are very attentive, we really want to come back when we have these problems.

Pasamos un rato agradable organizándonos y planificando lo que teníamos pendiente para esta semana que hoy inicia para poder cumplir con todo. Siempre hace falta estos compartir entre esposos para hablar tantas cosas que uno tiene que comunicarse y que algunas veces con el apuro de salir de casa al trabajo, a hacer mercado se nos olvidan, pero en estos momentos de tertulia los recordamos y nos comunicamos, que bueno es compartir.

We spent a pleasant time organizing and planning what we had pending for this week that begins today in order to be able to accomplish everything. It is always necessary to share these moments between spouses to talk about so many things that one has to communicate and that sometimes with the rush of leaving home to work, to do market we forget, but in these moments of get-togethers we remember them and we communicate, how good it is to share.

Luego del almuerzo, regresamos a casa a eso de las 4 de la tarde para seguir descansando y renovar fuerzas para el día siguiente.
