Meatless raw bulgur patties
Hello, today I wanted to share with you the recipe for meatless raw bulgur patties. Raw meatball is a delicious and nutritious snack made from Türkiye. Making raw meatballs is difficult and requires skill. That's why I wanted to share with you the recipe for raw bulgur patties made without meat. This recipe is also very delicious.
A glass of fine bulgur (Bulgur is made from wheat), parsley,
one tablespoon of pepper paste, one tablespoon of tomato paste, one tablespoon of cumin, three tablespoons of isot (hot pepper produced in the city of Şanlıurfa in Türkiye), a tea glass of olive oil, the juice of a lemon, a teaspoon of hot red pepper, a teaspoon black pepper, three teaspoons of salt, onion, garlic, pomegranate syrup.
I used three tablespoons of isot because I like bitter. If you don't like bitter, one tablespoon is enough.
A glass of boiling water is poured over the bulgur, covered with a lid, and waited until the bulgur water has absorbed.
The onion is grated and roasted in olive oil, pepper and tomato paste are added and roasted for two or three more minutes. Generally, the onion is finely chopped and used without frying, but I prefer to use it by frying.
Onion and paste mixture and crushed garlic are added to the bulgur and kneaded.
Add lemon juice, pomegranate syrup, salt and spices.
You need to knead for forty more minutes, a tea glass of water is added during kneading.
Add parsley last.
Bulgur patties are now ready.
A piece of bulgur patties is taken and shaped by squeezing it in the palm of the hand.
