This is My entry to the Monomad Challenge, Saturday, November 18.

Hello I'm back to black and white photography, well actually I'm back to photography and making post because during the last months I've been inactive for different circumstances as I've already mentioned in the last posts, and today I want to share with you the photographs I took on Saturday, it was a pretty intense walk and I really enjoyed doing it because I found new places to which I must return to make other photographs that I already have in mind, so let's start.

I love the walks that I do along the Mololoa river, I really like to see the landscape and watch the people walking and exercising, this time due to the sun there were almost no people or animals, but I decided to do this walk at this time because I still want to see the crocodiles of the river and take pictures and videos, to my bad luck, this time I was not lucky either, but I really liked the image with which we started, later I will show it in color.

On this occasion I went for a walk with the 50mm F/1.8 lens and I think it was a good decision, here are some pictures of the small plants found next to the river.

Another thing, if you have been following my activity in hive, you will notice that I have been doing a lot of bird photography, it is like having discovered a new passion, and I found new places in the river where a lot of birds gather, so during the week I will take the zoom lens with me on my next walks so I can take pictures and videos, although I have no idea how good the videos will look with a long focal length, even 250mm because I can not get so close to the river bank because as I said, there are crocodiles although I have not yet captured their picture.

The following photograph is special, it is of a water treatment plant that recently suffered a fire, unfortunately I was not available during that week and I couldn't take pictures to share, but what catches my attention is that even before the fire, in previous years I had already seen that the water that is poured into the river is dirty, contaminated water, and in the close up we can see it, a lot of water spills but it still looks as dirty as it enters the treatment plant.

Next I leave you the cover photo of the post but in color, so you can appreciate the cityscape that I look at with my eyes, by the way, despite being photographs of Saturday, I had not made the post because that same day I was notified that my dad's uncle was in the hospital, he died on Sunday and today Monday was the funeral, so until this moment I had time to make the post.
