My entry to today's Monomad Challenge. Looking for Hummingbirds

I have had a lot of work and hunting trips have been more or less constant, that leaves me little free time to take pictures to post here or in any social network, however I know I have a decent amount of pictures waiting to be edited and share them with the world, today I will share some of them.

That day I was looking for hummingbirds and the truth is that I not only took some pictures of them but also of other things that I found interesting, and while checking today I realized that these images were already edited but I forgot to export them as JPG or at least I think so since I have not found any option inside Darktable that tells me which images have been exported before.

But let's start with this hummingbird which is actually the only photo I will show of it, it is on a large plant called yucca, of which I have two other photos to share with you.

This plant usually grows big enough and also from what I have seen its flowers are edible, I have no idea what it tastes like but I would definitely like to try it.

In this second photograph I concentrated on trying to show the size of the plant, I hope you can appreciate it.

The next image is actually my favorite, the light, the shadows, the composition, I like everything about this picture, although as always we all have different points of view and opinions and you may not even care a little bit about it.

I found the same bird again apparently, but this one is more shy and hides behind a branch, still I manage to get a picture of the bird.

And the final picture, a rat that you probably won't like to see, luckily it's a bit hidden but I was able to capture its eyes quite well, and that's all for today, see you in the next post.
