Can I die for the world?

Without me thinking so much about the prompt for this edition, I have my already made answer and I would say I can never lay down my life for the world, when I no dey craze🤣🤣.

Please why will I do that when I'm not Jesus, my Lord had already done that on my behalf so no matter what might happen in the world in which human life is needed for a sacrifice, I can never volunteer my life to save the world from anything, my life is precious.

Truth be told, the world has been chaotic right from its creation, as a Christian, going through my Bible I've learnt a lot about some happenings in the world right from its inception and nothing has really changed, there are commotions and circumstances here and there.

Dying is a huge price and I can never do that for anything in the world, there are so many ways one can help to change the world and make it a better place than sacrificing my life entirely.

Moreso, the kind of suffering some set of people are experiencing today are self inflicted. The wrong decision they made at their prime time is now dealing with them, so tell me why will I die for such people?

I'm sorry I might sound selfish but I love my life and if my beloved maker can be gracious unto me to grant my existence, I can't jeopardize the great privilege because of whatever that's happening in the world.

The world is full of ungrateful people who don't remember good deeds, what they only know is the present happenings, the only sets of people I know my love might be embedded in their hearts when I pass away are my Parents and siblings not even my extended family, so tell me why will I die to save the whole world.

Just like I've already said earlier, the world is already chaotic, if the world gets a means of how to get rid of hunger, poverty and diseases (which I'm sure is not possible), other worse things will surface on earth which will eventually upturn whatever good anyone has done in their days.

I don't see any advantage in giving up my life for the world, even the Holy Bible says both good and bad times are created to compliment each other, so who are mine to give up my life to end the bad times.

My existence is a blessing to a whole lot of people than my death, so I need to live so as to keep impacting people's lives and others that I will meet in the future.

For me, I don't think anyone needs to die for the world, it's not necessary at all. All we need is for people to see the good in everything they are doing and live right, let's agape love be in us so as to live happily with one another.

Just like people in my country say, wahala (problem) no dey finish, so it is in the world. Problems will never finish, so let's all of us be patching life as we are doing now and do our best before death knocks on our doors. But in dying, please pass me by......I can't die for the world.
