[RECIPE] Gluten Free Chocolate Cookies Baked with Teflon to Celebrate Eid Al-Fitr 1443 H
Hello Foodies … how are you today? may you always be healthy and happy. Cookies are foods that always accompany when relaxing or drinking coffee. Among the many cookies there are variants of chocolate flavor.
Cookies that I make do not use wheat flour. This cookie can be tried by people who are on a diet. Don't use wheat flour because it's more delicious and crunchy in my opinion. As a substitute, I used a mixture of cornstarch and mashed oats in a 3:1 ratio, meaning 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of oat flour.
The sweetness of the cookies that I made using a sweetener to make them healthier. But it's to taste. Incidentally, my family is very enthusiastic about a healthy lifestyle. Although sometimes there is still cheating in the food I make or buy cakes out there.
In making cookies is not much difficulty, the process is fast and does not wait a long time. The equipment used is not much and making it is also simple and easy. So as not to make you curious, let's just see what the ingredients are and how to make them.
