Hola amigos de hive espero se encuentren muy muy bien y hayan pasado una gran semana .

Una de las materias que curso en la universidad como parte de la carrera de medicina es “trabajo comunitario “ y es una materia que veo desde el principio del semestre al comenzar primer semestre , hasta el final de la carrera . Como parte de la materia (trabajo comunitario ) en ocasiones nos mandan a escuelas , otras a ambulatorios , a las calles y a distintos sitios de acuerdo a lo que debamos hacer.

Como parte de la asignatura esta vez nos correspondió a mi equipo la hipertensión arterial y realizar actividades sobre la misma en la comunidad de la Vela estado Falcón, por lo cual quisimos realizar charlas educativas y preventivas con respecto al tema .

Algunos de mis compañeros se encargaron de hacer las laminas , otros de comprar los materiales y en mi caso y el de mi otra amiga nos encargamos de dar la breve charla , que tocaba puntos como :
•Cuales son realmente las cifras de hipertensión arterial según la OMS
•Signos y síntomas de hipertensión
•Tips para prevenirla
•Que ocurre en el flujo sanguíneo al haber hipertensión arterial .

Me gustó bastante la actividad y me agradó el hecho de que las personas se interesaran en el tema ya que pensé que muchos no querrían escucharla la pequeña charla y serían pocos los participantes (afortunadamente no fue así ) .

Al culminar la charla les entregamos a los oyentes unos pequeños folletos con la información puntual del tema que abarcamos.

I quite liked the activity and I was pleased with the fact that people were interested in the subject because I thought that many would not want to listen to the small talk and there would be few participants (fortunately it was not so).

At the end of the talk we gave the listeners some small brochures with specific information on the topic we covered.
