The Flood That Hit My Village

The tragedy of the flood last Sunday in my village settlement.

My sleep was awakened by the sound of the pouring rain. Then I rushed to get up to see the water falling from the sky. Even the water fell with a very long duration so that it made my residence filled with puddles.

Flood is the most common natural disaster in my village. Floods occur due to continuous heavy rains with a long duration, and cause irrigation water to overflow into the mainland to flood residents' houses and rice fields.

The floods that came earlier this year did not discriminate. It can be said to be very disappointed and upset. It's like a flood of your love which can overflow at any time.. 😜

I mean as shown in the picture, namely due to the flood disaster that occurred last week, many agricultural lands were buried or flooded. The rice fields that were supposed to be harvesting eventually failed due to flooding, causing farmers to suffer huge losses.

But don't think that rain is a disaster for flooding, but think that rain is a gift and flooding is a bonus.

Yes bonus.. Because the flood puddles that come are similar to you along with the memories that come back to my life. Even if the memories are bitter. 🤭

Disasters can happen anytime and anywhere. Because no human knows, the occurrence of a disaster because it is the will of the Creator.
