Meaning of life in one photo

Hello people. Almost two months ago I became uncle, my sister gave birth to a beautiful son. She asked me to take photos of him and while I was taking photos we came up with this idea. She wanted not to show his face so we had to make something interesting and this was idea. This is what represents life.
