Hola, hola, gente linda!!!

Hoy estoy siguiendo una iniciativa creada por @anthony2019 y a la que fui invitada por @eskandar 💕. Me pareció una idea sencilla pero importante, ya que son actividades que forman parte de nuestra rutina diaria, y de la que no escapo, siendo madre de 2 hijos y con un esposo que atender.
Las escribiré de acuerdo al orden en que las realizo.
Espero lo disfruten.

Today I'm following an initiative created by @anthony2019 and to which I was invited by @eskandar 💕. I thought it was a simple but important idea, since they are activities that are part of our daily routine, and from which I do not escape, being a mother of 2 children and with a husband to take care of.
I will write them according to the order in which I do them.

HACER EL CAFÉ MAÑANERO

Aunque a veces lo hace mi esposo, cada mañana luego de dar gracias a Dios por un nuevo y rico amanecer, me dirijo a mi cocina a preparar un café negro, sin mucho dulce. Como lo prefiero bien caliente y por la costumbre de cuando vivía en casa de mi mamá, lo hago en una cafetera greca. Lo bebo con toda la calma que pueda, para disfrutarlo, por eso me levanto a las 5 am para hacerlo sin apuros. Les confieso que me encanta acompañarlo con pan tostado.

MAKE THE MORNING COFFEE

Although sometimes my husband does it, every morning after thanking God for a new and rich sunrise, I head to my kitchen to prepare a black coffee, without much sweetness. Since I prefer it very hot, and because of the custom I had when I lived at my mother's house, I make it in a Greca coffee pot. I drink it as calmly as I can, to enjoy it, that's why I get up at 5 am to make it without rushing. I confess that I love to accompany it with toasted bread.

CANTAR CUANDO ME DUCHO

Esta actividad es algo espontaneo en mi, ni cuenta me doy de que, al poner un pie en la ducha, ya estoy cantando. Siempre me ha gustado hacerlo, así de una vez entreno la voz y soy libre de cantar lo que quiera y como quiera; soy aficionada; para mi es una manera de desestrezarme. Me encanta cantar aunque no me gusta hacerlo de manera profesional porque ya se convertiría en un estrés jeje.

SINGING WHEN I SHOWER

This activity is something spontaneous in me, I don't even realize that, when I put one foot in the shower, I'm already singing. I've always liked to do it, this way I train my voice and I'm free to sing whatever I want and however I want; I'm an amateur; for me it's a way to de-stress myself. I love singing although I don't like to do it professionally because it would become a stress hehe.

EL ALMUERZO

Aunque no es lo que más me gusta hacer, siempre lo hago con mucho amor para que nos guste a todos, variando los ingredientes y tomando en cuenta los gustos de todos. Cuando tengo que trabajar, preparo todo con anticipación el día anterior, y la termino el día siguiente, bien temprano, para garantizarla para toda la familia: los que estudian y los que trabajan. Obviamente, aunque la hago yo, solicito la ayuda de mis hijos y mi esposo, y delego responsabilidades en cada uno. De vez en cuando, también le doy la oportunidad a ellos de que hagan uno, sin importar como quede; esto les cede independencia.

LUNCH

Although it is not what I like to make the most, I always make it with a lot of love so that we all like it, varying the ingredients and taking into account everyone's tastes. When I have to work, I prepare everything in advance the day before, and I finish it the next day, very early, to guarantee it for the whole family: those who study and those who work. Obviously, although I do it myself, I enlist the help of my children and my husband, and delegate responsibilities to each of them. From time to time, I also give them the opportunity to make one, no matter how it turns out; this gives them independence.

APOYAR A MI HIJA EN SUS TAREAS ESCOLARES

Aunque trabajo fuera de casa, no dejo de lado mi responsabilidad de madre. Una vez que llego a mi casa, descanso un rato y luego nos ponemos en guardia para dar respuesta a sus tareas; la guío y oriento con la intención de hacerla independiente en sus responsabilidades y obligaciones. De verdad es un trabajo agotador, pero gratificante.

SUPPORTING MY DAUGHTER IN HER SCHOOL HOMEWORK

Even though I work outside the home, I don't let go of my responsibility as a mother. Once I get home, I rest for a while and then we get on guard to answer her homework; I guide and guide her with the intention of making her independent in her responsibilities and obligations. It is indeed an exhausting but rewarding job.
