Hola amigos, se que han pasado varios días ya desde noche buena, pero no me he sentido bien, física ni mentalmente si embargo no quería dejar de compartir con ustedes como me fue mi 24 de diciembre en casa.

Anteriormente les conté que mi mamá estaba aquí en casa y que nos acompañaría en noche buena, esto fue realmente bueno para todos ya que mi mamá hace años no celebraba la navidad, ha trabajado tanto últimamente sobre todo en estas fechas que a veces terminaba su trabajo el 24 a las 10 pm, entonces lo que hacía era tomar un baño e irse a la cama a descansar.

Hello friends, I know it has been several days since Christmas Eve, but I have not been feeling well, physically or mentally, but I did not want to stop sharing with you how my December 24th was at home.

Earlier I told you that my mom was here at home and that she would be joining us on Christmas Eve, this was really good for everyone since my mom has not celebrated Christmas for years, she has been working so much lately especially on these dates that sometimes she would finish her work on the 24th at 10 pm, then what she would do was to take a bath and go to bed to rest.

Otra cosa que hice fue acompañar a los niños a hacer las cartas de navidad y ponerlas sobre el árbol, ya que así era la tradición cuando yo estaba pequeña, poner las cartas el 24 de diciembre en las mañanas.

Cuando todo estuvo listo al finalizar la tarde casi noche, nos arreglamos y nos tomamos algunos cocteles mientras vimos una película navideña, fue un poco raro para mí porque nunca había visto televisión en noche buena, pero todos querían hacer esto así que me uní. Luego de cenar enviamos a los niños a su cuarto a descansar para esperar la llegada de sus regalos, mientras nosotros seguimos bebiendo los cocteles y hablando.

Finalmente cuando llego la media noche los chicos se levantaron para recibir sus regalos, jugaron emocionados un par de horas y luego todos nos fuimos a descansar, nos somos muy fiesteros por así decirlo y normalmente dormimos temprano así que nos cuesta mantenernos despiertos después de las 12🙈

Another thing I did was to accompany the children to make the Christmas cards and put them on the tree, since that was the tradition when I was little, to put the cards on December 24 in the mornings.

When everything was ready at the end of the afternoon almost evening, we got dressed up and had some cocktails while watching a Christmas movie, it was a little weird for me because I had never watched TV on Christmas Eve, but everyone wanted to do this so I joined in. After dinner we sent the kids to their room to rest to wait for their presents to arrive, while we continued drinking cocktails and talking.

Finally when midnight came the kids got up to receive their presents, they played excitedly for a couple of hours and then we all went to rest, we are not party people so to speak and we usually sleep early so it is hard for us to stay awake after 12🙈
