We are a role model for our children so we must be very careful with the things we do because even if we do not notice it at the time they see, learn and imitate.
I want to tell you how happy I am to see today that my middle son, who is 5 years old and the most persuasive of his siblings, imitated some of our daily activities very naturally.

Durante la mañana Gabriel estuvo jugando con su hermano menor Dereck como de costumbre pero a la hora del baño, que es antes de medio día, comenzó moverse con su hermanito y hacer todo con él, me dijo: mamá, a partir de ahora vamos a hacer las cosas en equipo Dereck y yo, vamos a ayudarnos en todo lo que hagamos y así será más fácil hacer todo. Luego de bañarse, uno ayudo al otro a vestirse, a peinarse y ordenar su cuarto sin discutir (cosa que casi siempre hacen).
During the morning Gabriel was playing with his little brother Dereck as usual but at bath time, which is before noon, he started to move with his little brother and do everything with him, he told me: mom, from now on we are going to do things as a team Dereck and I, we are going to help each other in everything we do and that way it will be easier to do everything. After bathing, one helped the other to get dressed, comb his hair and tidy his room without arguing (which they almost always do).
Usualmente Rodrigo y yo creamos contenido luego de almorzar y los chicos ya conocen la rutina, que es algo así, tomar el baño, almorzar y luego ellos pueden tomar la siesta o quedarse mirando la televisión en su cuarto mientras Rodrigo graba su contenido para 3speak y yo escribo o hago mis otras actividades, la idea es hacer esto cuando la casa está en calma y silencio, para poder concentrarnos bien, así que ese es el momento perfecto.
Hoy cuando Rodrigo estaba pensando sobre que grabar Gabriel le dijo porque no hablas sobre el trabajo en equipo y yo te ayudo, yo sé cómo hacerlo, solo tienes que decir "Hola bienvenidos a un nuevo video para la plataforma de 3speak hoy vamos a hablar del trabajo en equipo"
Esto nos gustó mucho y bromeamos al decir "eso tenemos otro futuro creador de contenido". Le pedimos que lo hiciera de nuevo para grabarlo, él lo hizo muy tranquilo y seguro.
Usually Rodrigo and I create content after lunch and the kids already know the routine, which is something like this, take a bath, have lunch and then they can take a nap or watch TV in their room while Rodrigo records his content for 3speak and I write or do my other activities, the idea is to do this when the house is calm and quiet, so we can concentrate well, so that's the perfect time.
Today when Rodrigo was thinking about what to record Gabriel told him why don't you talk about teamwork and I'll help you, I know how to do it, just say "Hi welcome to a new video for the 3speak platform today we are going to talk about teamwork."
We really liked this and joked that we had another future content creator. We asked him to do it again to record it, he did it very calm and confident.

Gabriel nos sorprendió con ambas cosas, porque a diario mi esposo y yo hablamos del trabajo en equipo, planeamos como hacer que las cosas funcionen aun cuando parece que todo va a terminar mal y siempre tenemos buenos resultados, además en nuestro hogar ambos trabajamos por el bienestar de todos y ambos somos responsables del orden y funcionamiento de la casa, juntos nos encargamos de los deberes domésticos, en casa no hay un papel de ama de casa para mi y uno de hombre proveedor para mi esposo, ambos cumplimos los dos papeles y los chicos lo ven.
No soy una madre perfecta, creo que eso no existe, cada uno hace lo mejor que puede y en este momento yo siento que lo estamos haciendo bien, porque los niños están imitando estas cosas buenas que ven en nosotros. Nos ven trabajar cada día juntos para salir a delante y darles lo mejor.
Gabriel surprised us with both things, because daily my husband and I talk about teamwork, we plan how to make things work even when it seems that everything is going to end badly and we always have good results, also in our home we both work for the welfare of all and we are both responsible for the order and functioning of the house, together we take care of the domestic duties, at home there is not a role of housewife for me and one of male provider for my husband, we both fulfill both roles and the kids see it.
I am not a perfect mother, I think that does not exist, everyone does the best they can and at this moment I feel that we are doing well, because the children are imitating these good things they see in us. They see us working together every day to get ahead and give them the best.
Estas son las cosas que me llenan, ver a mi alrededor y ver tres niños sanos, aprendiendo cosas buenas de su familia, aplicándolas en su día a día también. No somos perfectos pero vamos por el camino correcto tratando de guiar lo mejor posible a tres personitas más. Nos leemos en el próximo post.

Awwww me encantó, realmente eso es lo bueno de poder forjar buenas costumbres y valores, sobre todo los valores en esta nueva generación, muchas veces vemos que los padres hoy en día (no todos, pero en su mayoría) pierden cuidado con sus hijos, los dejan en una especie de "libre albedrio" donde quienes mandan a los padres son los hijos y no los padres a sus hijos y ahí es cuando uno se pregunta ¿Dónde están los valores? y lo he visto con mis propios ojos, la rebeldia la desobediencia la falta de respeto de esas criaturas a sus padres uno realmente se horroriza y ves a esos padres super tranquilos como si nada, lo peor del caso es que ese modo relajo les cobrará factura mas adelante y rescatarlos después será muy tarde, definitivamente me alegra ver que ustedes como padres trabajen en equipo con sus hijos, ya eso demuestra una vez más que los valores de familia siempre será el pilar de cada uno de ustedes como familia y un gran ejemplo para las futuras generaciones excelente post, éxitos y bendiciones para ustedes 😘😎
Cada día me pregunto si lo hacemos bien, pues no hay un manual para educar y criar niños, vamos con ensayo y error jajajaja y a la vez con miedo de equivocarnos.
Creo que mi temor más grande como madre, es Saber si le estoy enseñando valores a los niños, porque son el futuro y de nosotros depende de cómo sea esa nueva generación.
¿Qué sí fallamos en algunas cosas? Por supuesto, aún hay mucho que corregir y formar, pero al ver cosas como estás en uno de los niños, siento que hasta ahora no lo hemos hecho tan mal jajaja. Además una pieza fundamental de nuestro hogar es Rodrigo quién les habla mucho del respeto sobre todo hacía mí como su madre y la unión como hermanos que deben tener, él ha Sido un gran apoyo y un modelo a seguir para ellos también. Trabajo en equipo definitivamente esa es la clave para todo lo que estamos haciendo y ya empezamos a cosechar buen fruto.
