A PERFECT BREAKFAST,LUNCH OR DINNER.
For breakfast,lunch or dinner,fried plantain,sweet potatoes,egg and a hot tea is perfect.
Hello Beautiful people, how are you all doing. Really exciting posting here for the first time. Made this very simple meal for breakfast few days back,thought to share my recipe.
Ingredient I used are:
1 plantain and 4 sweet potatoes
2 Eggs
2 fresh Pepper
A pinch of saloil
Half a small Onion
2sugar cubes
1teabag and 1 satchet milk
A small ginger
And Vegetable oil.
So let's begin:
Step 1 - Peel the plantain and sweet potatoes and slice into choice shape,add pinch of salt and turn over with hand to ensure salt is spread evenly.
Step 2 - place frying pot of vegetable oil on heat and allow to get hot.
Step 3 - Put in slices of plantain and sweet potatoes and let for 2minutes.
Step 4 - Turn it over with a frying spoon and allow for another 2minutes.
Step 5 - When it turns light brown,with a frying spoon,carefully take them out from the hot oil.
Continue frying until your sliced raw plantain and sweet potatoes is finished.
FOR THE FRIED EGG:
Step 1 - Break eggs into a plate,
add the sliced pepper and onions,pinch of salt and whisk.
Step 2 - Place a dry pan with very little vegetable oil in it,allow till hot.
Step 3 - Pour in whisked eggs,allow to fry for few seconds.
Step 6 - Turn over to the other side with a frying spoon.
FOR THE TEA :
Step 1 - Place a kettle of water on heat.
Step 2 -peel and grate ginger into mug.
Step 3 - put in teabag,sugar and satchet milk and add hot water.
And your very tasty meal is ready.
