If there is something that I enjoy, it is always connecting with my favorite beautiful community, because I am a great coffee lover, in my house there may be other things missing, except my coffee and I am not the only addict, there is also my youngest son, who cannot live without his coffee. In this opportunity I want to share with you a great gift which came to me as a surprise. I love surprises, don't you?
This gift, I value and treasure it with my soul, because it came from the hands of my older brother whom I love deeply, as you can imagine they already know me at home, with respect to coffee, when they see that there is little left they are already warning me so I don't get in a bad mood hahaha. My brother lives in our hometown, called Merito, located in the peninsula of Araya. Sucre State, Venezuela.
In our beloved peninsula of Araya there is a town called Manicuare, which is full of history and culture, among them is the elaboration of coffee cups, mugs, mobiles, dolls and everything that has to do with clay material. My brother knows that I love the cups that these people elaborate with much love and dedication day by day and added to this what he knows best about me, is my favorite coffee.
I love everything that has to do with a good coffee, that is well concentrated and in its sugar point, this time my brother brought me a cup made with clay along with my sunrise coffee, this coffee is made in our country Venezuela. It is a gourmet coffee. Its aroma is exquisite and its flavor is super pleasant, it is not bitter like other kinds of coffee that I have tasted. This coffee makes me drink it at every moment. At home it does not last. Well, I don't drink a cup, I drink cups. Hahaha.
Immediately I said to myself, well, we are going to use this beautiful cup, brought with much love with a good coffee and that is my Amanecer. I put my water to boil and brew it as we traditionally do at home, in the cloth strainer, placing the coffee powder with the sugar, I wait for the water to boil and strain, my loves when this process begins, I can tell you that the aroma that begins to distill in the environment is unique and indescribable. Si hay algo que disfruto, es conectar siempre con mi hermosa comunidad favorita, pues soy una gran amante del café, en mi casa podrá faltar otras cosas, menos mi café y no soy la única adicta, también está mi hijo menor, el cuál no puede vivir sin su cafe. En esta oportunidad quiero compartirles un grandioso regalo él cual me llegó de sorpresa. Amo las sorpresas ¿y Ustedes?
Este regalo, lo valoro y atesoro con mi alma, pues vino de las manos de mi hermano mayor a quien amo profundamente, como deben imaginar ya me conocen en casa, con respecto al café, cuando ven que queda poco ya me están avisando para que no me ponga de mal humor jajaja. Mi hermano vive en nuestro pueblo natal, llamado Merito, ubicado en el península de Araya. Estado Sucre, Venezuela.
En nuestra querida península de Araya existe un pueblo llamado Manicuare, el cual está llena de mucha historia y cultura, entre ellas está la elaboración de tazas de café, jarras, moviles, muñecos y todo lo que tenga que ver con el material de arcilla. Mi hermano sabe que me encantan las tazas que estas personas elaboran con mucho amor y entrega día a día y aunado a esto lo que mejor conoce de mi, es mi café favorito.
Les cuento, amo todo lo que tenga que ver con un buen café, que este bien concentrado y en su punto de azúcar, en esta oportunidad mi hermano me trajo de regalo una taza elaborada con arcilla junto a mi café amanecer, este café es elaborado en nuestro país Venezuela. Es un café gourmet. Su aroma es exquisito y su sabor es súper agradable, no es amargo como otra clase de café que he probado. Este provoca tomarlo a cada instante. En casa no me dura. Pues no me tomo una taza, me tomo tazones. Jajaja.
De inmediato me dije, pues vamos a estrenar está hermosa taza, traída con mucho amor junto a un buen café y ese es mi Amanecer. Monte mi agua a hervir y lo elabore como tradicionalmente lo hacemos en casa, en el colador de tela, colocando el café en polvo junto al azúcar, espero a que hierva el agua y a colar, mis amores cuando empieza este proceso, les puedo decir que ese aroma que empieza a destilar en el ambiente es único e indescriptible. Me lo disfrute muchísimo junto a mi taza nueva. Mis queridos lectores me despido de ustedes enviándoles un fuerte abrazo y esperando que este video que les traigo sea de su agrado.
