Cualidades de un buen Gerente ||Qualities of a good manager

Hola estimados amigos de Hive el día de hoy paso por aquí para contarles un poco de mi día a día. Hace más de 1 año en mi post de presentación les conté que Desde hace unos 8 años trabajo como asistente Administrativo o como también se le conoce Secretaria, sobre mi trabajo nunca le he hablado desde ese entonces, pero han sido muchas cosas estresantes que he vivido esta semana que decidí contarles un poco de mi experiencia como Secretaria de una empresa.

Hello dear friends of Hive, today I am here to tell you a little bit about my day to day life. More than 1 year ago in my introduction post I told you that for about 8 years I have been working as an Administrative Assistant or as it is also known as Secretary, about my job I have never told you since then, but there have been many stressful things that I have lived this week that I decided to tell you a little of my experience as a Secretary of a company.

Muchas veces estamos en un trabajo, donde sientes que los procesos o el trabajo en si no fluye, como secretaria por muchos años, han sido muchos los jefes que he tenido y compañeros que han llegado otros se han ido algunos han permanecidos, como secretaria en ti nace una visión que los demás no tienen, y observas cosas que otros no, aprendes a conocer las actitudes de los superiores y hasta puedes llegar a intuir cuanto durara en su cargo, de los 7 jefes que he tenido cada uno me ha dejado un aprendizaje para bien o para mal, así que hoy quiero comentarles 4 cualidades que para mi debería tener un jefe, líder o gerente.

Many times we are in a job, where you feel that the processes or the work itself does not flow, as a secretary for many years, there have been many bosses I have had and colleagues who have come others have left some have remained, as a secretary in you is born a vision that others do not have, and you observe things that others do not, you learn to know the attitudes of your superiors and you can even get to know how long they will last in their position, of the 7 bosses I have had each one has left me a learning for better or worse, so today I want to tell you about 4 qualities that for me should have a boss, leader or manager.

•Integrador: Para mí un buen gerente es ese que incluye o integra a todo su equipo en el trabajo , es una persona que se prepara estudiando las capacidades de su personal, para saber cómo sacar el mejor potencial de ellos. Cuando un líder o gerente comienza a realizar exclusión de personas, contara un equipo muy pequeño, lo que traerá como consecuencia que este tenga sobre trabajo y termine molesto y criticando su gestión, y el resto del personal se sienta poco valorado y desmotivado.

-Integrator: A good manager is one who includes or integrates his entire team at work, is a person who prepares himself by studying the capabilities of his staff, to know how to get the best potential out of them. When a leader or manager begins to exclude people, he will have a very small team, which will result in overwork and end up being annoyed and criticizing his management, and the rest of the staff will feel undervalued and unmotivated.

•Planifica: Muchos Gerentes o líder piensan que al tener un equipo profesional calificado no necesitara planificar algunas tareas, esto es una falla muy grave porque la clave de una buena gestión es la planificación y organización de las tareas se puede ser muy bueno en lo que se hace, pero sino se planifica existirá siempre un desorden y vacío en el cumplimiento de las tareas,trayendo como consecuencia que las metas que alguna vez se plantearon no se cumplan.

-Plan: Many managers or leaders think that by having a qualified professional team they do not need to plan some tasks, this is a very serious flaw because the key to good management is the planning and organization of tasks, you can be very good at what you do, but if you do not plan, there will always be a disorder and vacuum in the fulfillment of tasks, bringing as a consequence that the goals that were once set are not met.

•Dominio de sus frustraciones: Muchos Gerentes tienen un superior y cuando son llamados a capitulo o regañados, pagan sus molestias con su equipo de trabajo,ese equipo que lo ha apoyado en todo momento, haciendo sentir a su equipo inferior y sin valor. Un buen gerente o líder asume su responsabilidad en nombre de todo el equipo e incentiva a su equipo a mejorar y corregir las fallas.

-Mastery of their frustrations: Many managers have a superior and when they are called to chapter or scolded, they take their frustrations out on their team, the team that has supported them at all times, making their team feel inferior and worthless. A good manager or leader takes responsibility on behalf of the entire team and encourages his team to improve and correct faults.

•Sabe decir que No: La palabra fue el primer contrato que existió, cuando alguien da su palabra debe cumplirla se ve muy mal cuando alguien promete algo y no lo cumple, de igual manera pasa con un jefe cuando promete algo y no lo cumple, porque pierde ante su personal la confianza el respeto y la motivación.

-Knows how to say No: The word was the first contract that existed, when someone gives his word he must keep it, it looks very bad when someone promises something and does not fulfill it, the same happens with a boss when he promises something and does not fulfill it, because he loses confidence, respect and motivation in front of his staff.

Ser un buen gerente no es cosa sencilla, pero parte de ser un buen profesional es prepararse para liderar.

Being a good manager is not easy, but part of being a good professional is preparing to lead.
