Viva el carnaval¡ Cumaneses y visitantes dijeron con su presencia: "Yo amo a Cumaná" en estos vistosos y alegres "carnavales 2023". El entusiasmo y los deseos de pasar un rato agradable y de sana diversión se apoderaron de la población y se lanzaron a bailar al ritmo de las agrupaciones musicales que fueron invitadas por los organizadores y autoridades competentes.
Long live the carnival! Cumaneses and visitors said with their presence "I love Cumaná" in these colorful and joyful "carnivals 2023". The enthusiasm and the desire to have a good time and healthy fun took over the population and they started dancing to the rhythm of the musical groups that were invited by the organizers and competent authorities.
Particularmente tenía muchas ganas de disfrutar de una linda tarde, salí de casa sin saber exactamente a dónde ir y aunque hacia dos días había comenzado el carnaval en el fondo me hacía mucha ilusión ir a ver las comparsas y las carrozas. Hice una parada en una panadería y se me ocurrió hacerle una llamada telefónica a mi amiga @wendyth16 para invitarla a ver el desfile de comparsas, sentir la música y sentir esa energía vibrante, llena de sabor y ritmo.
I particularly wanted to enjoy a nice afternoon, I left home without knowing exactly where to go and although the carnival had started two days ago, I was really looking forward to see the comparsas and the floats. I made a stop at a bakery and it occurred to me to make a phone call to my friend @wendyth16 to invite her to see the parade of comparsas, feel the music and feel that vibrant energy, full of flavor and rhythm.
En Cumaná desde el primero de enero se dio el "grito de carnaval", la playa de Los Bordones sirvió de escenario para este evento y se observó la forma conjunta de planificación de esta jornada carnestolendas por parte de los organismos regionales y municipales; quienes pusieron su empeño para darle lucidez y brillo a estos carnavales.
In Cumaná, since January 1st, the "carnival shout" was given, the beach of Los Bordones was the stage for this event and the joint planning of this carnival day by the regional and municipal organisms was observed; who put their efforts to give lucidity and brightness to these carnivals.
Me emocionó ver que la gente se hizo sentir como participantes en las comparsas y también como espectadores. La ciudad se olvidó de los múltiples problemas que aquejan al colectivo, fue así como pequeños y adultos caminaron grandes trayectos para llenar las calles en el recorrido desde el Parque Guiaquerí hasta la redoma de la Avenida Andrés Eloy Blanco. La euforia se apoderó de todos, había muchos niños con disfraces y los padres pendientes de guardar un bonito recuerdo con bellas fotos de sus pequeños hijos.
I was thrilled to see that people made themselves felt as participants in the parades and also as spectators. The city forgot about the multiple problems that afflict the collective, it was so as children and adults walked long distances to fill the streets on the route from Guiaquerí Park to the traffic circle of Andrés Eloy Blanco Avenue. The euphoria took over everyone, there were many children in costumes and the parents were waiting to keep a nice souvenir with beautiful photos of their little children.k
El desfile de carrozas, comparsas y trajes individuales, que estaba programado para las 3:00 pm del día lunes se inició dos horas más tarde; pero valió la pena esperar dando oportunidad para que el público se acomodara en las aceras y muchos se sentaron en el pavimento para apreciar mejor el evento. Los disfraces estuvieron muy lindos al igual que las carrozas, todas muy bellas. Llamó mi atención una comparsa que llevaba un ataúd con una persona disfrazada de muerto, estaban precedidos por una banda musical (todos vestidos de negro); de vez en cuando el muerto salía de la urna y asustaba a los presentes, ja ja ja.
The parade of floats, comparsas and individual costumes, which was scheduled for 3:00 pm on Monday, started two hours later; but it was worth the wait, giving the public a chance to settle on the sidewalks and many sat on the pavement to better appreciate the event. The costumes were very nice as well as the floats, all very beautiful. My attention was drawn to a troupe that carried a coffin with a person dressed as the dead, they were preceded by a musical band (all dressed in black); from time to time the dead man came out of the urn and frightened those present, ha ha ha.
La gente de la tercera edad desfiló con un nutrido grupo de señoras de edades avanzadas pero con muchísimo entusiasmo y alegría. Realmente bello y conmovedor ver la alegría que contagiaban y los numerosos aplausos que lograban atraer del público.
The senior citizens paraded with a large group of ladies of advanced ages but with great enthusiasm and joy. It was really beautiful and touching to see the joy they spread and the numerous applauses they attracted from the public.
Fue un grato placer y un súper divertido rato de sano esparcimiento. Felicito a organizadores y participantes, extensivo este reconocimiento a los cuerpos de seguridad por el despliegue realizado en pro del orden y resguardo de las personas y un aplauso para ese grandioso pueblo de Cumaná que con trabajo, tesón y gallardía consolidan la paz y el emprendimiento del Estado Sucre y a diario reafirman "Yo amo a Cumaná".
It was a great pleasure and a super fun time of healthy recreation. I congratulate the organizers and participants, I extend this recognition to the security forces for the deployment made for the order and protection of the people and a round of applause for the great people of Cumaná that with hard work, tenacity and gallantry consolidate peace and entrepreneurship of the State of Sucre and daily reaffirm "I love Cumaná".
Con gran entusiasmo mi amiga @wendyth16 y yo nos acercamos a las inmediaciones de la Iglesia Santa Inés, en el sector cumanés que conocemos como "Centro histórico", para encontrarnos con los compañeros de #hive que se encontraban promocionando y resaltando las bondades y beneficios de nuestra amada plataforma #hive, haciendo hincapié en el fácil acceso a las criptomonedas y web3 a nivel mundial.
With great enthusiasm my friend @wendyth16 and I approached the vicinity of the Santa Inés Church, in the Cumanese sector we know as "Historic Center", to meet with #hive colleagues who were promoting and highlighting the goodness and benefits of our beloved #hive platform, emphasizing the easy access to cryptocurrencies and web3 worldwide.
En el stand de hive, compartimos un rato muy ameno con @omarrojas, @edmundochauran, @aksurevm89, @omarcitorojas y por supuesto con @wendyth16. Finalmente es válido enviar desde esta tribuna mis felicitaciones al equipo de #hivesucre por el arduo trabajo que día a día realizan para dejar bien en alto el nombre de hive y es que "#hive somos todos" y como siempre transcendiendo fronteras en todo el planeta.
At the hive stand, we shared a very pleasant time with @omarrojas, @edmundochauran, @aksurevm89, @omarcitorojas and of course my friend @wendyth16. Finally it is valid to send from this tribune my congratulations to the #hivesucre team for the hard work they do every day to leave the name of hive high and is that "#hive we are all" and as always transcending borders around the globe.
