Soy afortunada y vivo desde el agradecimiento, me complace y me contenta todo lo que he logrado en mi paso por esta vida y si bien es cierto que he tenido mis días de enormes nubes grises, otros días con chubascos y aguaceros más acentuados, los días alegres y de hermosas bendiciones son insuperables e incontables.

Agradezco por el hecho de haber nacido en Cumaná, esta ciudad es la capital del Estado Sucre. Las playas del Estado Sucre constituyen un atractivo turístico de Venezuela. Les cuento que estoy enamorada de sus playas y paisajes, no sólo por su belleza es que también estos lugares son mágicos, pues constituyen para mí una excelente terapia anti estrés.
I am grateful for the fact that I was born in Cumaná, this city is the capital of Sucre State. The beaches of Sucre State are a tourist attraction in Venezuela. I tell you that I am in love with its beaches and landscapes, not only for its beauty is that these places are also magical, because they are for me an excellent anti-stress therapy.
Cuando mis hijos vienen a Cumaná a visitarme, a constatar con sus propios ojos cómo estoy, cómo va mi vida, revisan la casa por si hay algún desperfecto o algo dañado por arreglar, en fin mis hijos quieren que yo me sienta atendida por ellos y esto me llena de gozo porque siento que estoy recogiendo los frutos de mi cosecha. Es el pago por tantas noches de desvelo; cuidándolos cuando estaban pequeños, fueron muchos años de intenso trabajo para alimentarlos y educarlos. Es bueno saber que fue un valioso tiempo invertido: "Nuestra familia, nuestro tesoro más preciado".
When my children come to Cumana to visit me, to see with their own eyes how I am, how my life is going, they check the house to see if there is any damage or something damaged to fix, in short, my children want me to feel cared for by them and this fills me with joy because I feel that I am reaping the fruits of my harvest. It is the payment for so many sleepless nights; taking care of them when they were little, it was many years of intense work to feed and educate them. Es una formidable costumbre familiar visitar nuestras playas, en Semana Santa fuimos en dos oportunidades a Playa Quetepe. Es sabroso tenderse en la arena a conversar, planear nuevos encuentros, compartir nuestros planes y como decimos nosotros: "actualizar la página" en cuanto a nuestras relaciones familiares. En este valioso tiempo de calidad compartimos hasta recetas de cocina y hablando de comida en ese momento se acercó un vendedor de ostras a ofrecernos sus productos del mar.
It is a formidable family custom to visit our beaches, during Holy Week we went twice to Quetepe Beach. It is great to lie on the sand to talk, plan new meetings, share our plans and as we say: "update the page" in terms of our family relationships. In this valuable quality time we even shared cooking recipes and speaking of food at that moment an oyster seller approached us to offer us his seafood.
Las playas, son paraísos terrenales muy tranquilos que además tienen el don natural de sosegarnos, nos llenan de vitalidad, potencian nuestro sentido del humor y nuestra autoestima. Olvidaba comentarles algo muy importante, en playa Quetepe no hay cobertura telefónica y por supuesto no hay internet de manera que el paisaje y la familia atrapa toda nuestra atención, no hay manera de distraerse atendiendo llamadas ni metidos en las redes sociales, ja ja ja.
The beaches are very quiet earthly paradises that also have the natural gift of calming us, fill us with vitality, enhance our sense of humor and our self-esteem. I forgot to tell you something very important, in Quetepe beach there is no phone coverage and of course there is no internet so that the landscape and the family catches all our attention, there is no way to be distracted by phone calls or social networks, ha ha ha ha.
Es increíble ir al mar, caminar por la orilla de la playa y sentarse en la arena, contemplar el vaivén de las olas, sentir como se relaja nuestra respiración, también es fascinante zambullirse en sus aguas y dejarse acariciar por los sonidos que producen las olas al romper.
It is incredible to go to the sea, walk along the shore of the beach and sit on the sand, contemplate the swaying of the waves, feel how our breathing relaxes, it is also fascinating to dive into its waters and let yourself be caressed by the sounds produced by the waves as they break.
Me emociono cuando voy a la playa y lo disfruto doble porque sé que el mar es también el lugar preferido de mis hijos. Es importante para mi pasar tiempo lindo y de calidad con mi familia e ir de paseo familiar es grandioso.
I get excited when I go to the beach and I enjoy it twice as much because I know that the ocean is also my children's favorite place. It is important for me to spend quality time with my family and going on a family outing is great.
Al momento de irnos nos despedimos del lugar y le expresamos nuestra gratitud dejando todo muy limpio, siempre tratamos de dejar ese espacio mejor de cómo lo encontramos, esta es una forma de honrar a la naturaleza y también es bonito que otros visitantes sientan placer y disfruten su estadía en una playa limpia y acogedora.
When we left, we said goodbye to the place and expressed our gratitude leaving everything very clean, we always try to leave that space better than how we found it, this is a way to honor nature and it is also nice that other visitors feel pleasure and enjoy their stay in a clean and cozy beach.

Tengo tiempo que no voy a la playa, pero sé que es genial hacerlo en familia y disfrutar tomando, y compartiendo con tus seres queridos. Es como fuego puro en sí mismo a mi modo de ver. No hay fórmulas mágicas, creo que lo que existe es ese valor por vivir los momentos que nos regala la vida con fuerza.
