Araguaney "flor de oro" 💛// Araguaney "golden flower" 💛

Cómo les conté en un post pasado iba a comenzar a hacer unos post con maquillajes inspirados en algo sobre Venezuela y cada semana estaría publicando uno con una temática diferente, mi meta es que las personas que no son de Venezuela la conozcan un poco mejor, y que mejor que hacerlo con el arte del maquillaje.

Está semana decidí hacerla sobre "El araguaney" nuestro árbol nacional, es algo peculiar ya que sus hojas son amarillas, por eso adopta acá en Venezuela el nombre de araguaney ya que significa "flor de oro". Es muy hermoso así que quise hacer un maquillaje inspirado en el, algo llamativo pero con la sutileza que caracteriza a nuestro árbol 💛.

As I told you in a previous post I was going to start doing some posts with makeup inspired by something about Venezuela and each week I would be publishing one with a different theme, my goal is that people who are not from Venezuela know it a little better, and what better to do it with the art of makeup.

This week I decided to do one about "The araguaney", it is our national tree, it is something peculiar because its leaves are yellow, that's why it adopts here in Venezuela the name of araguaney because it means "golden flower". It is very beautiful so I wanted to do a makeup inspired by it, something striking but with the subtlety that characterizes our tree 💛.

Empecé como siempre rellenando mis cejas con sombra para cejas y aplicando corrector por todo el párpado. Primero apliqué una sombra de color marron/café claro, por todo el párpado fijo y siguiendo la linea de la ceja, luego aplique una sombra marrón/café oscuro encima de la más clara y la difumine para lograr el degradado.

Limpié todo el párpado móvil con una toallita húmeda para perfeccionar el sombreado y que se viera limpio para que se marcara la linea marrón oscura pero de manera fina.

I started as usual by filling in my eyebrows with eyebrow shadow and applying concealer all over the eyelid. First I applied a light brown/brown shadow, all over the fixed eyelid and following the brow line, then I applied a dark brown/brown shadow on top of the lighter one and blended it to achieve the gradient.

I wiped the entire mobile eyelid with a wet wipe to perfect the shading and to make it look clean so that the dark brown line would show through but in a thin way.

Pasé a aplicar la el color de sombra que le dará vida al maquillaje, el amarillo 🟡, por todo el párpado móvil hasta un poco más allá de la mitad, acá utilicé dos tonos de amarillo aunque no se nota mucho la diferencia, desde el lagrimal hasta la mitad utilicé un amarillo muy eléctrico y desde alli hasta donde llevaria ese color utilicé un amarillo más oscuro como tono de transición.

Con un crayon negro marque un delineado desde la punta final del ojo hasta arriba y lo lleve por toda la linea del pliegue del ojo hasta la mitad de esta. Acá utilicé compra marrón para difuminarla por toda la linea del pliegue, de manera que se viera oscura pero siguiera con la paleta de colores usada, y en la punta si utilicé una pomada negra para oscurecer esa zona y le diera ese toque dramático.

I applied the shadow color that will give life to the makeup, the yellow 🟡, all over the mobile eyelid until a little beyond the middle, here I used two shades of yellow although the difference is not very noticeable, from the tear trough to the middle I used a very electric yellow and from there to where I would take that color I used a darker yellow as a transition tone.

With a black crayon I drew an eyeliner from the end of the eye to the top of the eye and took it along the crease line all the way to the middle of the eye. Here I used a brown purchase to blend it all along the crease line, so that it would look dark but still follow the color palette used, and at the tip I used a black pomade to darken that area and give it that dramatic touch.

Una vez ya tenía todo el maquillaje de los ojos hecho pase a limpiar todas las partículas de sombra que cayeron en el rostro y empecé a preparar mi piel, apliqué crema hidratante, base, corrector, blush líquido y sellé con polvo compacto.
Para darle más profundidad al maquillaje realicé un delineado con delineador líquido por toda la linea de agua y lo extendí un poquito hasta donde estaba el que hice con la pomada. Para terminar utilicé el rizador de pestañas, puse pestañas postizas y pinte mis labios con un labial nude ya que no quería recargar el maquillaje, la idea era que viera sutil.

Once I had all the eye makeup done I cleaned all the shadow particles that fell on my face and started to prepare my skin, I applied moisturizer, foundation, concealer, liquid blush and sealed with pressed powder.

To give more depth to the makeup I applied liquid eyeliner along the waterline and extended it a little bit to where the one I did with the pomade was. To finish I used the eyelash curler, I put false eyelashes and painted my lips with a nude lipstick because I didn't want to overload the makeup, the idea was to make it look subtle.

Para este maquillaje quise agregarle utilería así que hice un araguaney con foami y papel crepé para ponerme en el cabello, la verdad no salió como pensé jajajajaja, me quedó como un trabajo de primaria pero bueno, la intencion es la que cuenta y me hizo mucha ilusión hacerlo exepto cuando me quemaba con el silicón caliente 🥴.

Me gustó mucho este maquillaje porque realmente transmite paz y serenidad al igual que lo hace el araguaney 💛, la idea de estos maquillajes es transmitir las vibras no solo de lo que utilizo para inspirarme en los maquillajes sino lo que esas cosas me transmiten a mi. For this makeup I wanted to add props so I made an araguaney with foami and crepe paper to put in my hair, the truth is it didn't come out as I thought hahahahaha, it looked like a primary school work but well, the intention is what counts and I was very excited to do it except when I burned myself with the hot silicone 🥴.

I really liked this makeup because it really transmits peace and serenity just like the araguaney does 💛, the idea of these makeups is to transmit the vibes not only of what I use to inspire me in the makeups but what those things transmit to me. See you in a next post pretty people, bye ❤️✨.
