Mike Zillo's Check point - year 2022 - FULL report
Dearest Hive community, 2022 is over and it is time to take stock of how much we have done and how much remains to be done.
The year 2022 was an experimental year for us: the vastness of the Hive ecosystem presented us with a number of challenges that led to greater awareness and better defined goals for 2023.
I am imposing the comparison using the month in which we started with Mike Zillo's checkpoint and the current month January 2023 as a basis.
Even if we start from April, it doesn't matter: we got most of our results in the following months.
8 months of activity, let's see what the numbers tell us!

396-161 = 235. Out of 8 months we can say with certainty that we published 1 post per day, obviously the gap is due to publications that did not happen in the period when we decided to open our participation on Medium as well.

We went from 190 HP to 623 HP, almost tripled!

The Weekly Author and Monthly Author do not need much explanation or calculation, from 17 we went to 36 (doubled) and the Monthly Author from 2 to 6. This practically tripled, but it was not exactly proportional to the Weekly Author badges as in some cases we did not publish only 1 day losing the badge of the month, but gaining the badges of the completed weeks.
This year a new badge the Yearly Author was added, and we are perfectly in the running to win this badge.

Questo dato è triplicato, ma non è stato esattamente proporzionale ai badge di Autore Settimanale, poiché in alcuni casi non abbiamo pubblicato solo 1 giorno perdendo il badge del mese, ma guadagnando i badge delle settimane completate.

As we can clearly see from the chart, we only lost the December badge because of a small technical problem in using Blockctrade. We needed to transfer some funds in order to run the 10 HP PU on the first day of the month.

As I wrote in this article, for us the achievement of 1000HP, is a new beginning, more conscious, and with no small amount of determination.
Of the growing determination that I as well as the whole team have had, I wrote to you here; an ambitious goal because it all becomes multiplied by 5.
But it is only through challenges that one grows and becomes aware.

Sempre a proposito del portafoglio, possiamo dire che un obiettivo molto grande è stato conquistato, infatti siamo riusciti a totalizzare 1000HP con il primo giorno dell'anno.
Se ricordate, in questo articolo, ci eravamo prefissati di raggiungerlo in poco più di un mese, e finalmente ci siamo riusciti.
Lo volevamo e lo abbiamo ottenuto, ovviamente anche grazie alla comunità che ha votato i nostri contenuti.
Come ho scritto in [questo articolo] (https://ecency.com/hive-167922/@mikezillo/1000-hp-goal-reached-1000hp), per noi il raggiungimento dei 1000HP è un nuovo inizio, più consapevole e con una determinazione non da poco.
Della crescente determinazione che io e tutto il team abbiamo avuto, ho scritto a qui; un obiettivo ambizioso, perché tutto diventa moltiplicato per 5.
Ma è solo attraverso le sfide che si cresce e si diventa consapevoli.

From April 2022 to January 2023 we climbed 7256 positions. However, if we dig deep into this article, we find that on December 29, 2021 we were at position 100,000.

Da aprile 2022 a gennaio 2023 abbiamo scalato 7256 posizioni. Tuttavia, se scaviamo a fondo nell'articolo, scopriamo che il 29 dicembre 2021 eravamo alla posizione 100.000.
Da 100.000 a 10.000 sembra quasi incredibile: 90.000 posizioni in un anno di attività.
