1000 HP, goal reached! 1000HP, Obiettivo raggiunto! [ENG/ITA]
Good morning Hive community! 2022 has ended since just a few days and I would like to share with you some recap!
A little bit more than one year has passed since my first post in this amazing and meritocratic blog.
I accrued a lot of experience, and I want to thank all the people with whom I have had various exchanges of opinions and helped me grow exponentially.

In this article we pledged to achieve the 1000 HP by 31-12-22; we could do it, but with the difference of only 1 day I could manage to have a Power Up of more than 200HP on day 1 this month. Achieving my first Level3 badge for the Hive Power Up. And thanks @hivebuzz
I like seeing it like the foundation for all of 2023, that starts with the correct approach, more commitment and weight in the Hive Blockchain.
As you know with my team we are always experimenting, so you will see some great new things for 2023 as well!
The day we published the article where we committed to conquering 1000 HP, we were at 753 HP. That was quite a futuristic and intangible result. Anyway, pushing it to the limit, quoting the Al Pacino soundtrack in Scarface, led me to understanding many more happenings here and I will keep pushing this year as well.
This first day PowerUp, by 223HPs has been quite a fat Power Up for our holding but we really meant it!
Part of these HP also came from interactions with other authors, an exchange of ideas and of course a deposit of mine to integrate and to accelerate many procedures!
Two different perspectives that resulted in a growth for both of us: me and Hive! Well, probably more for me than Hive :D
1000 is a "definite" number in the sense that it indicates a precise quantity.
Let me explain further.
2000 is larger than 1000, on a psychological level, however, it is simply 2 times 1000.
All numbers that contain the digit 1 have their own identity because they indicate a beginning.
10,100,1000,1000000.
And anyway in the coming days I will share with all of you my target for this year. It will not be starting with a 1. Too much confidence. I will try with something different!
I am here at a checkpoint with a different and growing awareness of the ecosystem. A necessary step to grow. Like for millionaires, the first step is having 100k, then 200k and so on.
A place where we can grow, exchange opinions; and, why not, even earn some money, which never hurts!
The target was reached with this month’s PowerUp and as a result I got the January 2023 PUD, first in this year's series of 12.
Now I have 1,000 HP and can decide how to manage them in the Hive ecosystem: a part already has its destination in curation. I will allocate more to Delegators and Curators so if you have suggestions for curators, I will be happy to evaluate them! Besides, I will keep some liquidity in HP for my personal curation that I do for deserving posts especially in the crypto space and in the personal development area.

È passato poco più di un anno dal mio primo post in questo fantastico e meritocratico blog.

Nell'articolo ci siamo impegnati a raggiungere i 1000 HP entro il 31-12-22; avremmo potuto farlo, ma con la differenza di solo 1 giorno sono riuscito ad avere un Power Up di oltre 200HP il giorno 1 di questo mese. Mi piace vederlo come la base per tutto il 2023, che inizia con l'approccio corretto: più impegno e peso nella Blockchain di Hive.
Come sai, con il mio team sperimentiamo sempre, quindi vedrai anche alcune fantastiche novità per il 2023!
Il giorno in cui abbiamo pubblicato l'articolo in cui ci siamo impegnati a conquistare i 1000 HP, eravamo a 753 HP. È stato un risultato abbastanza futuristico e intangibile. Ad ogni modo, spingerlo al limite, citando la colonna sonora di Al Pacino in Scarface, mi ha portato a capire molti altri avvenimenti qui e continuerò a spingermi anche quest'anno.
Questo PowerUp del primo giorno, di 223 HP, è stato un Power Up piuttosto grosso per il nostro team, ma lo volevamo con assoluta determinazione!
Parte di questi HP proveniva anche da interazioni con altri autori, uno scambio di idee e ovviamente un mio deposito per integrare e accelerare molte procedure!
Due prospettive diverse che hanno portato a una crescita per entrambi: per me e per Hive! Beh, probabilmente più per me che per Hive :D
1000 è un numero "definito" nel senso che indica una quantità precisa.
Mi spiego meglio.
2000 è maggiore di 1000, a livello psicologico invece è semplicemente 2 volte 1000.
Tutti i numeri che contengono la cifra 1 hanno una propria identità perché indicano un inizio.
10,100,1000,1000000.
E comunque nei prossimi giorni condividerò con tutti voi il mio obiettivo per quest'anno. Non inizierà con un 1. Troppa fiducia. Proverò con qualcosa di diverso!
Sono qui fermo in una posizione, con una diversa e crescente consapevolezza dell'ecosistema. Un passo necessario per crescere. Come per i milionari, il primo passo è avere 100k, poi 200k e così via.
Un luogo dove possiamo crescere, scambiare opinioni; e, perché no, anche guadagnare qualche soldo, che non guasta mai!
L'obiettivo è stato raggiunto con il PowerUp di questo mese e di conseguenza ho ottenuto il PUD di gennaio 2023, il primo della serie di 12 di quest'anno.
Ora ho 1.000 HP e posso decidere come gestirli nell'ecosistema di Hive: una parte ha già la sua destinazione in curation. Destinerò di più a Delegatori e Curatori, quindi se avete suggerimenti per i curatori, sarò felice di valutarli! Inoltre, terrò un po' di liquidità in HP per la mia cura personale che svolgo per post meritevoli soprattutto nello spazio crittografico e nell'area dello sviluppo personale.
Curation
In the last months, I started curating more posts and interacting with many more authors than before.
If you recall, in this article (https://ecency.com/hive-167922/@mikezillo/hive-curation-how-can-meritocracy) I expressed my misgivings about curations, as in a very short time a number of upvotes came in despite the fact that it was really objective that the post could not be read.
Thanks to @ahmadmanga 's and @ libertycrypto27 ‘s comment I began to understand some things relative to the power of comments and debate.
This was also confirmed to me by some of the moderators of the Whale Oil community @stefano.massari and @claudio83 , together with the support of @felixxx and @eddiespino .
The target
Negli ultimi mesi ho iniziato a curare più post e a interagire con molti più autori rispetto a prima.
Se ricordi, in questo articolo (https://ecency.com/hive-167922/@mikezillo/hive-curation-how-can-meritocracy) ho espresso i miei dubbi sulle curation, poiché in pochissimo tempo un numero di voti positivi è arrivato nonostante fosse davvero oggettivo che il post non potesse essere letto.
Grazie al commento di @ahmadmanga e @libertycrypto27 ho iniziato a capire alcune cose relative al potere dei commenti e del dibattito.
Questo mi è stato confermato anche da alcuni dei moderatori della community Olio di Balena @stefano.massari e @claudio83 , insieme al supporto di @felixxx e @eddiespino .
L’obiettivo
Said and done. That was the point of this article, with some motivational stuff that is useful, only when applied in a strategic way.
I see a lot of enthusiast that are so pumped up from the dream of doing, achieving and getting results. But then they completely lack of strategy and dedication.
This explains why the 1000 HPs is for me a major achievement in the Hive ecosystem!
Motivation is what makes people starting the journey. Consistence is what makes people to reach the destination.
Detto fatto. Questo era lo scopo di questo articolo, con alcune cose motivazionali che sono sempre utili, solo se applicate in modo strategico.
Vedo molti entusiasti che sono così carichi per realizzare il proprio sogno, raggiungere e ottenere risultati. Ma poi mancano completamente di strategia e dedizione.
Questo spiega perché i 1000 HP sono per me un risultato importante nell'ecosistema Hive!
La motivazione è ciò che spinge le persone a iniziare il viaggio. La consistenza è ciò che permette alle persone di raggiungere la destinazione.

Ho fatto una pianificazione per quest'anno. Oltre ad articoli professional (a trattare i temi per me quotidiani) ne aggiungeremo anche altri, dai viaggi all'arte casalinga, ricette e via così.
Ho coinvolto anche mia moglie con foto e ricette, così non sarà più solo una vetrina lavorativa ma anche proprio un racconto di varie cose che ritengo interessanti :D

Ehehehe, credo sia il mining sterile. Avevo installato delle macchine nell'Est, ma prevalentemente ASIC per Bitcoin e schede grafiche per Ethereum
