Pues hoy les cuento que desde que inicié hace 7 años muchas cosas han cambiado en en negocio pero mi marca y el eslogan ha sido lo mismo siempre desde el inicio.

Considero que mi emprendimiento sigue teniendo la misma visión. Cambié de país y de logotipo, pero los valores que siempre he querido transmitir son los mismos así que el eslogan ha podido acompañar la marca en todos los procesos de crecimiento y evolución que he tenido.

"Una manera dulce y muy divertida de endulzar tus días"

Well today I tell you that since I started 7 years ago many things have changed in my business but my brand and slogan has always been the same since the beginning.

I consider that my business still has the same vision. I changed country and logo, but the values that I have always wanted to convey are the same so the slogan has been able to accompany the brand in all the processes of growth and evolution that I have had.

A sweet and very funny way to sweeten your days ".

Y es justo lo que hace Mike Cupcakes, siempre acompañar y formar parte de los momentos especiales de cada uno de los clientes que nos prefieren, creando postres, tortas, dulces y demás productos personalizados que reflejen de manera divertida la personalidad del evento o de quien recibirá el dulce detalle.

And that is exactly what Mike Cupcakes does, always accompanying and being part of the special moments of each of the customers who prefer us, creating desserts, cakes, sweets and other personalized products that reflect in a fun way the personality of the event or of the person who will receive the sweet detail.

Valores que transmite mi marca

-Calidad: Por eso estoy en constante práctica y estudio de nuevas técnicas de repostería para ofrecer lo mejor a mis clientes.

-Compromiso: Cuando tomo un pedido me comprometo con ese cliente y nunca le he fallado a nadie. Hace un tiempo conté en una publicación que el pedido más difícil que entregué fue cuando mi padre falleció. Pero no podía cancelar ya que tomo los pedidos semanas antes de cada entrega y si no iba a entregar la torta, estoy seguro que el cliente hubiese comprendido mi situación, pero habría arruinado una celebración familiar y eso no es lo que Mike Cupcakes transmite.

-Disponibilidad: Con Mike Cupcakes he tomado pedidos de las tortas más extrañas y siempre que hablo con mis clientes les demuestro que estoy dispuesto a complacer sus pedidos.

Values that my brand transmits

-Quality: That is why I am constantly practicing and studying new baking techniques to offer the best to my customers.

-Commitment: When I take an order I commit myself to that customer and I have never failed anyone. Some time ago I told in a publication that the most difficult order I delivered was when my father passed away. But I couldn't cancel as I take orders weeks before each delivery and if I wasn't going to deliver the cake, I'm sure the customer would have understood my situation, but I would have ruined a family celebration and that's not what Mike Cupcakes conveys.

-Availability: With Mike Cupcakes I have taken orders for the strangest cakes and whenever I talk to my customers I show them that I am willing to accommodate their requests.

-Empatía: Desde que inició mi negocio he tratado de que el cliente se sienta feliz de tomar un pedido y satisfecho al recibirlo. Tener empatía con el cliente es algo que mi marca transmite desde que ves el logotipo hasta que te comes la torta. Me mudé de Venezuela a Perú y los clientes siguen prefiriendo mi marca donde voy. Eso es algo que se debe lograr en cada emprendimiento para ser exitoso.

-Lealtad y libertad: Mantener el mismo sabor de los productos ofrecidos es algo que caracteriza mi marca. Es decir que puedes comprar una torta hoy y volver a pedir el mismo sabor dentro de 6 meses y va a ser el mismo esa es la lealtad de Mike Cupcakes con sus clientes. También tengo la libertad de ofertar productos novedosos a medida que va pasando el tiempo y eso sin duda va de la mano con la lealtad.

-Empathy: Ever since I started my business I have tried to make the customer feel happy to take an order and satisfied when they receive it. Having empathy with the customer is something that my brand transmits from the moment you see the logo until you eat the cake. I moved from Venezuela to Peru and customers continue to prefer my brand wherever I go. That is something that must be achieved in every venture to be successful.

-Loyalty and freedom: Keeping the same flavor of the products offered is something that characterizes my brand. That is to say that you can buy a cake today and order the same flavor again in 6 months and it will be the same, that is the loyalty of Mike Cupcakes with its customers. I also have the freedom to offer new products as time goes by and that certainly goes hand in hand with loyalty.

Usar siempre la palabra dulce y endulzar me hace pensar que tengo el honor de cambiar el estado de ánimo de mis clientes, pues sabemos que endulzar es siempre sinónimo de regalar felicidad y eso es para mí una meta a cumplir.
El dinamismo de divertirse a través de mis creaciones es un placer, y se obtiene gracias a tener productos personalizados y creados pensando en el producto final.

Si bien no hablamos de un producto específico, englobamos una experiencia! Asegurando que el resultado de La experiencia de compra con Mike Cupcakes siempre será la misma, un momento feliz y divertido.

Me siento muy satisfecho con lo que he logrado con el eslogan, eso identifica mi marca y me permite jugar con las campañas publicitarias, pues cada que me dirijo al público en redes sociales inicio deseándoles un "dulce día" pues ese es mi deseo, que todos mis clientes puedan tener un día lleno de mis dulces productos.

Always using the word sweet and sweeten makes me think that I have the honor of changing the mood of my customers, because we know that sweetening is always synonymous with giving happiness and that is for me a goal to fulfill.
The dynamism of having fun through my creations is a pleasure, and it is obtained thanks to having customized products created with the final product in mind.

While we are not talking about a specific product, we are talking about an experience! Ensuring that the result of the shopping experience with Mike Cupcakes will always be the same, a happy and fun moment.

I feel very satisfied with what I have achieved with the slogan, it identifies my brand and allows me to play with advertising campaigns, because every time I address the public on social networks I start by wishing them a "sweet day " because that is my wish, that all my customers can have a day full of my sweet products.
