My Today Haleem Recipe at Home with Radhuni Haleem Mix [ 14/12/2022

How are you all? I hope you are fine. I am also fine. Today I will show you how to make delicious Halim at home with Radhuni Halim mix. Halim is liked by many people but it is a bit difficult to make it at home. So it is bought and eaten from the market. But it is not fun. That's it. So I tried a little at home. I hope everyone likes it. Let's start.


My Haleem Recipe :

Ingredients for making Haleem Recipe:


A Radhuni Haleem Mix Pack.

250 grams of lean meat.

Three spoons of chili pepper.

Four onion slices.

Peel two cloves of garlic and mash the garlic.

A teaspoon of cumin powder.

A teaspoon of ginger paste.

Like the amount of oil.

Salt to taste.

Radhuni Mix Masala Inner Spice Pack.

Two cucumbers.

Coriander leaves are five rupees.

How to make Haleem:


First step:

In the first step, take out the packet of rice and dal mixture from Radhuni Halim Mix and cut it into a bowl.


Second step:

In this step, four cups of pre-boiled hot water should be added inside the mixed dal. After that, it should be soaked for an hour.

After an hour in this step, I will come back and put the kadai in the oven. After that, I will add oil to heat the kadai.

In this step, add onion when the oil is hot. If the onion is light brown, then add chili powder. After that, add salt.

At this stage add ginger batter, garlic batter, and cumin batter. And fry well by stirring.

In this step, cut the spice pack from the radhuni halim mix and put a spoonful of spices and add all the rest of the spices.

In this step, I will mash the meat with the spices and then cover it until it is cooked. Cover it for twenty minutes and then shake it occasionally.

In this step, the dal rice mixture of radhuni haleem mix, which has been soaked before, should be poured. After this, the meat should be grated. After that, keep this mixture for some more time to cook the dal mixture in the oven. When it is boiled, keep it aside.

In this step, oil should be added to the halim mixture separately. That is, dry chilies, three garlic cloves, and a clove should be fried in oil and added to the halim mix. This will increase the taste of the halim.

In this step, I will take Halim in a bowl and put chopped cucumber in it, then add coriander leaves. And give lemon juice. And I don't like pepper, so I didn't give it. This is how the delicious and tempting Halim recipe was made.
