  • Before that, I had an accident and had to recuperate. Combined with laziness, I gained a lot of weight and a lot of cellulite. Normally, I'm a person who likes to exercise. I don't exercise hard but I exercise regularly. Regarding food intake, we do not strictly control it, and especially when we do not exercise, it causes fat to accumulate. Seeing the picture of myself I was shocked because I had come so far in just a few months.

  • After making sure that I was well, I started exercising as usual. But it didn't reduce as much because I didn't adjust my diet. Actually, it's really difficult because all of my favorite foods are spicy. It is easy to cause cellulite because the seasonings added to some foods are very high in sodium. This is another reason why it is difficult to reduce.

But today I tried it for the first time. Then I sat down and wrote a blog. After a while I prepared to exercise. We ate again around 2:30 p.m. But my disadvantage is having dinner. Eat meals at unusual times
