Hardwork they say pays, but doesn't occur if we don't show efforts towards it. We are determined for success when we believe in oneself because this motivates us fully for better opportunities when we aim higher and work hard. There's no individual who attract something beneficial without showing contribution towards it but it also depends on how hardworking and serious we showcase to a particular task or job that determines the results or outcome.

The saying that no food for lazy involves situations like this where we need to work hard in other to provide food and also important necessities from what we do because if we fail to do so, there's probability that we may lack a lot or regret such decision to achieve success. Success is gained and built around hardwork which is an important effort and aim to work on.
Despite the fact that we know how important hardwork can be, it is still important to know that it can not work out most times if we are not determined in the things we really wish to achieve or work on. Determination pushes the aim to be active and this most times can be challenging when we look at most situations that looks discouraging but when we intend not to get distracted it wouldn't affect our motive to progress.
Hardwork is not a guarantee for success, it is just a motivation to keep us going to be better and not relent in the process. Hardwork can be vice versa because there are times we work hard but doesn't yield or generate any results likewise there are times that hardwork produces progress and success that moves in a smooth way. Despite that it still require us not to relent in what we do because it is part of the challenges to experience in the journey for success, so we just have to endure and keep pushing for the better days to come.
Hardwork can really play a major role in the road for success but it determines how we intend to make this happen. A strategize plan is needed because we can't just decide to work hard on stuffs without having goals to secure. Setting of goals build our mindset also to be hardworking because when we set goals, it brings out the best in us not to relent which is really a good move to take.
We individuals have what motivate us to be hardworking. We are sometimes motivated by people in other to be like them or we set important goals for ourselves which we try to achieve. This goals can be challenging when realizing the process involve but still yet, it can't be a problem when we have the mindset of achieving it.
The aim of being hardworking is to eradicate failure and laziness to progress which is not quite easy but we have no choice than to overcome the challenges involve. To be hardworking requires us to be smart in what we do as well because when we embark on a mission without strategizing, it may look difficult and we just have to avoid that to make the process more easier to secure.
