Love The Clouds Contest Nr. 133 - Volcano Eruption?
The images that you see here kind of looks like there had been a volcano eruption out there... This had been the sunrise as seen from our place. Thick dark clouds resembles the ashes spewing out of the mouth of a volcano. A cloud phnomenon like this is seldom seen here but sometimes peculiar cloud formations develop depending on the speed of the wind coming from East to West and vice versa. Also I think that the Mediterranean Sea which is just about 4 kilometers from Torrox Pueblo plays important role in this phenomenon.
The first thing I do whenever I wake up before breakfast is to look at the sunrise. So the question that I ask myself is... will I be lucky to see nice clouds today? Then on this day, I saw this wonderful setting ...I was in awe and was able to capture this beautiful sunrise before the setting changes. Sometimes, one has to be fast in snapping the scene.

That perfect timing has an amazing results in your shots @mers, sometimes clouds are tricky they formed an interesting objects yet when you turned your back to grab your camera they disappear, you're so lucky to capture those fascinating cloud formations.

Indeed, the perfect timing is essential, that´s why I have to make sure the camera is ready and on hand... be it a smart phone or DSLR, it should snap right there! You are very right with the grabbing of the camera because the sun is ascending in seconds.

You're right ate @mers, it really looks like a volcano that has erupted. The clouds looks like there's fire somewhere in the woods too.
Yeah, I was thinking of what title to use like what you said... A bush fire or volcano eruption. I thought of the taal volcano erupting a few years ago.
