Hola queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, bendecido dia, hoy les hablaré sobre una preparación de salsa de tómate, muy bueno para la pasta.

Primero debemos elegir buenos tómates y lavarlos bien, despues colocarlos en agua hirviendo hasta que la concha se le desprenda.

Hello dear friends of this beautiful community, blessed day, today I will talk about a preparation of tomato sauce, very good for pasta.

First we must choose good tomatoes and wash them well, then place them in boiling water until the shell falls off.

Lo dejamos enfriar y despues utilizar la ayuda de un tenedor o cuchillo para desprenderle la concha poco a poco.

Debemos trabajar con delicadeza, asi no maltratamos tanto el tómate.

Let it cool and then use the help of a fork or knife to loosen the shell little by little.

We must work delicately, so we don't mistreat the tomato so much.

En esta parte lo colocamos en una licuadora que nos va a ayudar a darle la textura que queremos, esto facilitara la cocción de la salsa.

In this part we put it in a blender that will help us to give it the texture we want, this will make it easier to cook the sauce.

Pueden observar como se desintegro, ahora lo vamos a pasar en una sarten a fuego lento, le agregamos algunas especias y otros ingredientes que le dara buen gusto.

You can see how it disintegrated, now we are going to pass it in a pan over low heat, we add some spices and other ingredients that will give it a good taste.

Aqui el resultado final, yo feliz con mi deliciosa salsa para pasta, esta receta me la enseño mi madre y la aplico sobre todo en horas del almuerzo y a mi hija le encanta .
