Good day to all my fellow members on hive, today am gonna show you how my mum prepared Nigeira rice for her client.

These is one of the best things my mum love doing, She received a call from one of her clients dat she needs some rice she can eat at home, the client was like she went to get something in the market yesterday, she could not afford to buy rice in the market due to the higher in price of foreign rice, she gat know choice than to go for the Nigeria rice, which is all know to some people as ( local rice ) so she called my mum to prepare some Nigeria rice for her.

Ways of preparing Nigeria rice

You will first measure the quantity of rice you want to parboiled in a big bowl then after measuring you add some water, these water is going to cover the rice very well after adding your water you will now soaked it till daybreak, After soaking the rice till daybreaks then you start parboiling in a very big pot, that is , is depending on the quantity you are making

After parboiling the rice very well then you pack them in a big bowl then spray on a clean floor to be dryed, after the rice is well dry then you take it to machine to peel back shell out

Am mom was glad to make these Nigeria rice for her client, she loved and appreciate it.
