I will be showing you here how I make some Nigeria egg roll for my lovely sis
Today I received a call from my sister that she will be visiting me all the way from IMO state where she is serving,and she told me she will be sleeping over at my place I was very happy because it has been long we saw each other last, so I taught of what to make for her, that was how I remember that when the both of us where living with our mom, she love these Nigeria egg roll, and when ever she eat Nigeria egg roll she is always happy.
So I decided to make these Nigeria egg roll, I was even stranded of money when she called me dat she will be coming but I dot have choice to make these Nigeria egg roll for her to make her more happy.
so I rush to a nearby store to get my materials for the Nigeria egg roll I could not get them there it was painful, because to get another store is very far from my place, I have no choice than to rush down to another store getting to the store I was able to buy everything there, so I went back home to start making my Nigeria egg roll.then I started mixing everything I needed to mix

Recipe for my Nigeria egg roll

Flour-250 grams
Sugar-50 grams
Magrinne- 50 grams
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Salt- half teaspoon
Eggs- 5 to 6
Breaking of eggs - optional
Sachets of milk-1
Flavor- optional
Vegetables oil for frying

  to make these Nigeria egg roll 

I first measure my flour the flour should be very selve in a plastic bowl then i add my sugar follow by my magrine then I added my baking powder, salt, then you will break one egg into all items measured , in a separate cup I poured I sachets of milk 🥛 mixed with little water then mix everything together and leave the dough for ten minutes.

After the dough is been kept for ten minutes you start preparing your boiled egg in a separate place

After 10 min that the dough is ready then I placed my dough on a clean table and cut them into 6 equally.

Then I started putting my egg into the dough and cover it very well so it will not get bust when am frying it

Am glad I was able to make the Nigeria egg roll for for my sister🤪 she loved and appreciate it
