Today I receive a call on short notice to make some quick snacks( chin chin) the order was too late but I gat know choice to than to receive the other because these my client is one of the biggest customers I have, like I said earlier the order was too late.
I gat know choice than to run to a nearby store to get my materials for the snack( chinchin) getting to the store, hoping I could get all my materials there, I could not get everything in that store I have to rush down to another store, just trying to meet up with the demand, After getting everything i needed,I was very happy because am goona meet up with the order.
After returning from the nearby store then I have to check my time it almost the time I needed to deliver the snacks(Chinchin) then I started mixing all I needed to mix.

Recipe on how i make an urgent snack ( chinchin 

• flour- 1kg
• magrine-200 grams
• sugar- 200 grams
• baking powder- 1 table spoon
• salt - 1 teaspoon
• 1 sachet of milk
• egg- optional
• 1 sachets of nutmeg

    Process on how I mix my indigrent together 

To make these snacks( chinchin) I first measure my flour in a clean plastic bowl, follow by my sugar and I added my magrine, then my baking powder and my nutmeg were added

After have measured all these in clean plastic bowl, then I pour my i sachet of milk in a separate cup, add some little water in the milk 🥛 to mix all my indigrent together,After mixing everything together then I cover the dough for 15 mins.

After 15mins of covering my dough then I placed my dough on neat table and roll it out after rolling it then I cut them in a good shape to be fried

Am glad I was able to make the snack ( chinchin) for my client not minding the inconvenience.she loved and appreciate it.
