El vinagre se presenta como parte de uso en la labores de la cocina.

En realidad nunca fuì fans de este producto, cuando lo compraba lo dejaba allì hasta meses.

Luego, comencè a utilizarlo para lavar las lechugas u otro tipo de vegetal, la compra se hacìa por lo general el vinagre blanco. Con el paso del tiempo ya es parte de uso, no sòlo en la cocina porque en realidad para las ensaladas me gusta aderezarlas con limòn y un poco de aceite de oliva.

El uso del vinagre de manzana surgiò por formar parte de algunas recetas, este formaba parte de los ingredientes para incrementar el sabor de la preparaciòn en ese momento.

Se considera el vinagre de manzana como saludable al ser ingerido en las mañanas, para alcalinizar el cuerpo, sobre todo en la salud estomacal, en realidad no hago este consumo porque uso la aceituna y me gusta consumirla.
El vinagre de manzana , en recetas como lo expresè anteriormente , en mayor proporciòn en ensaladas, todo depende del momento.

Vuelvo con el vinagre blanco, su uso es tan versàtil que se presta para todo. Lo uso mucho en la limpieza de los pisos por el tema de las alergias, no soy alèrgica pero si algunos integrantes de la familia; la limpieza no solo de los pisos, tambièn los baños, quedan muy limpios, sin olores desagradables. Entonces, su compra ya es algo necesario y ya no se pierde en el gabinete donde se guarda, ahora la compra de este producto se hace mas a menudo. ¿El costo? Bueno la salud es primero.

De verdad que se siente la diferencia al utilizar otros productos, y usar el vinagre blanco para ello.

Ya en los anaqueles de los sitios donde hago compras se encuentra diferentes presentaciones y marcas, hay para elegir en tamaños, precios y marcas. Por lo menos, hay para elegir en presentaciones.

Cada quien le da el uso que de acuerdo a sus gustos y experiencias que obtiene en utilizarlo. Marcas preferidas no tengo.
