Based on the Inner Blocks Community's mission statement, how do you, as an individual, strive to create reflection? Share your “personal” story with us.
Reflecting is an activity that brings different aspects, each person reflects from their history and environment or from their level of culture at the moment they find themselves.
In the situations we live in, if a person does not express anything, he or she is labeled as a person whose knowledge is not suitable for the moment or perhaps they say in what world he or she lives in. Judgment always comes first. Some people prefer not to externalize what they reflect because there is such a thing as vetoing, so they tend to keep quiet because their reflection is not at the level of those around them.
Reflecting is something very personal, so it is considered that one should respect that thought or that point of view of the person who does it, from his history, from his level of knowledge, from his culture...or from his personal experience in the situations where he has been involved.
Many times we judge without respecting that each one has his own way of being, of thinking, of feeling...there my reflection is where the FREEDOM of the Human Being of which so much is spoken. If there is FREEDOM as it tends to be divulged, respect is the first thing to be considered. In the case that this reflection does not align with the listener or reader, it is not a reason to eliminate or leave in sight the person who exposes his reflection.
Personally, I base my reflections on the amount of information I have consumed throughout my years of life, soon to be added one more. The same in my life experiences as a child, teenager, young adult, young adult and the stage I live and enjoy today. With my experiences as a student (at the time), as a member of a work team for many years of service, as a mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt and other roles that being a social being I am exposed to even if I do not look for it, are relationships that are there without turning my back on them.
My point of view about the topics that I tend to reflect on is precisely creating awareness of my movements, my experiences and that relationship that clicks with the documentation of some topics that I like to read, understand, understand, share as the question of the week says from my personal experience. That is the effort I make in my reflections. Those clicks when my mind is enlightened about various topics that others from their experience still do not see it.
Creating content is a basis to increase and grow the creativity that many without realizing it we do not develop ... comes the time to do it, at the time of reflection the words flow in a way in written form and others in verbal form all depends on who does it and how it makes it easier to express it. Creating reflection sometimes leads to feeling judged, criticized, not taken into account because it is not in line with what is expected ... that is where as a person I deliver it to the world without waiting for criticism, if there are placed first that we all think differently and that's where the different comes from.
To deliver my reflections is to undress or undress that inner world that we must let it shine, let it out, keep it always with a bright light that does not go out, even if it is not or does not align with the thinking of others.

Reflexionar es una actividad que trae diferentes vertientes, cada quien reflexiona desde su historia y entorno o desde su nivel de cultura en el momento que se encuentre.
Ante situaciones que vivimos si una persona no expresa nada lo tildan de que su conocimiento no es apto para el momento o quizás dicen en qué mundo vive èste o èsta. Siempre el juzgar está por delante. Algunos prefieren no exteriorizar lo que se reflexiona porque existe eso que se llama vetar, entonces se tiende a callar porque su reflexión no está al nivel de quienes le rodean.
Reflexionar es algo muy personal por lo que se considera que se debe respetar ese pensamiento o esa óptica de quien lo hace, desde su historia , desde su nivel de conocimientos, desde su cultura...o de su experiencia personal ante las situaciones donde se ha visto involucrado(a).
Muchas veces se juzga sin respetar eso que cada quien tiene su forma ser , de pensar, de sentir...allí mi reflexión es donde queda la LIBERTAD del Ser Humano de la que tanto se habla. Si existe la LIBERTAD como se tiende a divulgar , el respeto es lo primero que se debe considerar. En caso, que esa reflexión no se alinee con quien escucha o lee no es motivo de eliminar o dejar en visto a esa persona que expone su reflexión.
En lo personal, mis reflexiones las baso en la cantidad de información consumida a lo largo de mis años de vida, pronto se suma uno màs. Igual en mis experiencias de vida como niña, adolescente, joven, adulta joven y la etapa que vivo y disfruto actualmente. Con mis experiencias como estudiante (en su momento), como integrante de un equipo laboral durante muchos años de servicio, como madre, esposa, hija, hermana, tía y otros roles que por ser un ser social estoy expuesta así no lo busque, son relaciones que están allí sin dar la espalda a ellas.
Mi óptica acerca de los temas que tiendo a reflexionar es precisamente creando consciencia de mis movimientos, mis experiencias y esa relación que hace clic con la documentación de algunos temas que me agrada leer, comprender, entender, compartir como dice la pregunta de la semana desde mi experiencia personal. Ese es el esfuerzo que realizo en mis reflexiones. Esos clics cuando mi mente se ilumina acerca de diversos temas que otros desde su experiencia aún no lo ven.
Crear contenido es una base para aumentar y hacer crecer la creatividad que muchos sin darnos cuenta no desarrollamos...llega el momento de hacerlo , en el momento de la reflexión las palabras fluyen de una manera en forma escrita y a otros en forma verbal todo depende de quien lo hace y como se le hace lo más fácil de expresarlo. Crear reflexión a veces conlleva a sentir ser juzgado , criticado, no tomado en cuenta porque no está en la línea de lo que se espera...allí es donde como persona lo entrego al mundo sin esperar críticas, si las hay colocar de primero que todos pensamos de manera diferente y de allí viene lo distinto.
Entregar mis reflexiones es desnudarse o desnudar ese mundo interno que hay que dejarlo brillar, dejarlo salir, mantenerlo siempre con luz brillante que no se apague, así no se alinee con el pensamiento de otros.

You offer us to socialization on this occasion a compilation that transits in the diversity of meanings on what can represent the reflection from the ipseity and how it can be scrutinized with acceptance or rejection from the otherness. Because in my opinion, despite the fact that we are social beings by nature, we often forget to respect the thoughts of others or not our own, perhaps it is involved the weakness of transferring our reflective actions to others, in correlative will generate incongruence and mismatch, closing the opening that could provide and contribute diversity in itself.
