Help, what adventure have I gotten myself into? That crossed my mind several times at the beginning of this journey.

It’s my first time participating in the Zealy campaign and as a newcomer to the blockchain I still have a lot to learn.

Fortunately, this quest helps a lot with that.

During this Hive marketing campaign, I am informed by all kinds of people about various topics.

Yesterday I watched the AMA hosted by @khaleelkazi in which he explained to us about, among other things, the recent updates from InLeo, the premium account and some questions from viewers were addressed.

Today I listened to the show hosted by Breads on X space about:

How To Keep Your Community Engaged After Mint.
Unfortunately it was not possible for me to listen to his show live because of the time difference. (My bed was really warm and cozy.)

But I enjoyed listening back to the broadcast and tried to make a minimized summary of it. Here it is:

** How To Keep Your Community Engaged After Mint. **

In the world of Web3, thriving communities are essential for the success of any project.
However, many communities experience a decline in engagement after the initial minting phase.
To combat this, it is important to set clear expectations from the outset, maintain open communication with community members, and implement reward systems to keep people engaged.

Setting Clear Expectations

One of the most common reasons for community decline is overpromising during the minting frenzy.
This leads to disappointment when members realise that the project's goals are not feasible.
To avoid this, founders should be realistic about what they can achieve and communicate this clearly to the community.

Fostering Shared Principles

Communities that are solely focused on profit-seeking often crumble when monetary rewards slow.
To prevent this, it is important to foster shared principles, camaraderie, and entertainment value.
This can be done by scheduling lively activities, trivia, contests, and other events that give members fun reasons to keep coming back.

Giving Members Responsibility

Assigning members special roles and responsibilities boosts feelings of ownership while allowing distributed workload rather than founder burnout.
This empowers members to shape community direction collaboratively according to unique talents and competencies.

Valuing Community Members

Every project needs his community members.
Without them it's lifeless.
It is critical to demonstrate to them that they are valued and appreciated.
This can be reached by recognizing their achievements, allowing them a say in decision-making, and offering opportunities for growth and education.

Fostering Genuine Friendship

The most successful communities are built on genuine friendship and compassion. Founders should attempt to establish an environment in which people feel heard, appreciated, and influential. This can be achieved by being open, empathic, and supportive.

Conclusion

Building a vibrant Web3 community will take up a lot of your time.
It's takes a heap load of work.
And also great amount of dedication to build a vibrant Web3 community.
If you're still determined to embark on this quest.
I can say, the pro's outweigh the risks.
A strong community can assist your initiative in achieving its objectives and making a beneficial impact on the world.

Additional Insights

  • Marketing is an important tool for growing your community.
However, it is important to conduct thorough research to assess the demand, competition, and trends of your target audience.
  • Scheduling engaging events can help to keep your community active and engaged.
This could include giveaways, movie nights, trivia contests, and other fun activities.
  • Transparency is key to building trust with your community members.
Be open about all your plans, your progress, and challenges you're facing.
  • Encourage feedback from your community members.
They may have helpful insights that will assist you to boost your project.
  • Respect all members of your community.
This will contribute to the creation of a positive and welcoming environment.
