A Quick and Easy Tuna Pasta Salad
## Pasta salad with tuna
So it's okay to share this summer dish with you.
Even in the colder winter months, you could eat this meal.
You can try it as a side dish, and why not as a main course because you can enjoy cold and lukewarm.
Preperation Time: 20 - 30 minutes
200 g Fusilli (some other pasta is also possible)
150 g Haricots verts (fresh or canned, cut in half)
150 g Cherry tomatoes
½ Red onion
One can of tuna in oil (drained)
One tablespoon of lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
Two tablespoons of yogurt mayonnaise or regular mayonnaise
Two cloves of garlic
jar of anchovies (drained)
Sometimes, I also add some olives and sliced boiled eggs.
Directions:
Boil the pasta until al dente (in my case, that takes about 8 minutes)
Add the haricot verts in the last 2 minutes of this boiling process.
We need to rinse with some cold water to cool it off.
You can cut the onions into small cubes utilizing your time.
- Now, you can include all the other ingredients. Please give it a good stir after each element you add.
- Two spoons of (yogurt-) mayonnaise
- Add the chopped onion.
- The tuna and anchovies
- And finally, the tablespoon of lemon juice
- Before serving, add the cherry tomatoes (and it's also possible to include some slices of olives & wedges of cooked eggs.)
Serve this pasta salad cold or lukewarm.
If you don't eat it right away, it will keep very well in the refrigerator (think about 3/4 days).
You will agree that this recipe is quick, easy, simple, and fast.
