Pizza Night! [EN/PT-BR]

Hello friends!!
Today I want to bring you one of my favorites dishes, probably my most favorite one, PIZZA!!
Everyone at my house loves pizza, and we make pizza at home at least once a week. I know it's just easy to order a delivery, and there are a lot of options out there, but our homemade pizza is much better and cheaper then any restaurant pizza.
So here are the ingredients we used this time. We have made our own dough before, but lately we've been buying the dough ready from a nearby grocery store. We got mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, pepperoni and mushrooms.

Hoje quero mostrar para voces um dos meus pratos favoritos, provavelmente o mais favorito de todos, PIZZA!
Todo mundo aqui em casa adora pizza, e nós fazemos pizza em casa pelo menos uma vez por semana. Eu sei que é facil pedir uma entrega de pizza, e tem muitas opções por ai, mas a nossa pizza feita em casa é muito melhor e mais barata que qualquer pizza de restaurante.
Então aqui estão os ingredientes que usamos desta vez. Nós ja fizemos a massa da pizza antes, mas ultimamente compramos a massa pronta de um supermercado próximo de casa. Nós temos queijo muzzarella, molho de pizza, pepperoni e cogumelos.

To cook the pizza, for many years we had a stone that we used in the oven, but the stone broke last year and I decided to buy a high performance steel that is 1/4" thick. I think we got even better results with the steel than we had before with the stone. The steel gets hotter and the pizza always has a crunchy bottom.

Para assar a pizza, por muitos anos nós costumavamos usar uma pedra dentro do forno, mas a pedra quebrou ano passado e decidi comprar uma chapa de aço de alta performance de 1/4 de polegada. Eu acho que agora estamos tendo resultados ainda melhores com o aço comparado ao que tinhamos com a pedra. O aço fica muito mais quente e a pizza sempre fica com o fundo crocante.

After we take the dough out of the refrigerator, we need to let it rest for 30 minutes. While we wait, we prepare all the ingredients.

They are reckless and should have shown the proper media what they had before taking me hostage for 5 years.
What would you say while having a gun pointed at your head from an undisclosed location? Have people find it? My hands are tied while they play like children with a gun to my head. Its a terrorist act on American soil while some yawn and say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control with ill intent.
