Te cuento un poco de lo que fue mi Angioplastia
Mis saludos fraternal para ésta interesante y dinámica plataforma. En esta ocasión les quiero hacerle llegar todo lo relacionado con mi proceso por el cuál estoy pasando luego de un infarto donde en mi post anterior les comenté desde un principio, empezando por mi primera consulta con un Cardiólogo que jamás me imaginé que iba a hacer producto a un problema de ésta índole.

On this occasion I want to let you know everything related to my process through which I am going through after a heart attack where in my previous post I told you from the beginning, starting with my first consultation with a Cardiologist that I never imagined that I was going to do product to a problem of this nature.
Luego de esta primera consulta les comenté que mi cardialogo me recomendó colocar un Holter y un mapa.Luego de ver los resultados de estos exámenes y para reforzar mas los estudios sobre mi problema, luego de una semana me hizo una Prueba de esfuerzo, como ya le comenté en mi post anterior luego de estos estudios que lamentablemente no fueron los resultados que yo esperaba, sugirió hacer un Cataterismo Cardíaco Diagnóstico, para así determinar donde se encontraba la obstrucción arterial.
After this first consultation I told you that my cardiologist recommended me to place a Holter and a map, after seeing the results of these tests and to reinforce more studies on my problem, after a week I did a stress test, as I mentioned in my previous post after these studies that unfortunately were not the results I expected, he suggested a Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterization, to determine where the arterial blockage was.
Bueno , tomando en consideración la importancia de hacerme éste examen y gracias a la ayuda de una persona muy caritativa, de gran corazón, logré cancelar los costos de este examen en una prestigiosa clínica de mi ciudad. Teniendo en consideración el alto costo de vida que estamos viviendo actualmente en nuestro país. Al entregar los resultados del Cataterismo, se determinó cuál arteria presentaba la obstrucción, siendo la arteria Circunfleja la que sufrió un 90 % , debido al infarto.
Well, taking into consideration the importance of having this test done and thanks to the help of a very charitable person with a big heart, I was able to pay the costs of this test in a prestigious clinic in my city. Taking into consideration the high cost of living that we are currently living in our country. When the results of the catheterization were delivered, it was determined which artery presented the obstruction, being the Circumflex artery the one that suffered a 90%, due to the infarct.
Debido a este daño de ésta importante arteria me vi en la necesidad de hacerme una Angioplastia , la cual consiste en abrir las arterias estrecha o bloqueada que suministra sangre al corazón. Éste procedimiento fue efectuado por una pequeña abertura en la muñeca de mi brazo derecho por dónde se insertó un catéter hasta la arteria obstruida , con ayuda de Rayos X , para guiarse y así poder colocarme el Stent ( un pequeño tubo de malla que expande la arteria), en mi caso la arteria Circunfleja. Les comento que cuando me estaban realizando ésta intervención se me presentó un problema con la tensión, donde se vieron en la necesidad de controlarla inmediatamente para seguir con la angioplastia , con un tiempo de duración unos 50 minutos aproximadamente. Al principio del procedimiento se hizo un poco difícil y doloroso introducir el catéter en mi arteria Radial de mi brazo derecho. Luego de éste largo tiempo donde veía en un monitor por dónde me iban pasando en Stent hasta llegar a la obstrucción , que por fin vi con mucho entusiasmo y algo de desesperación la culminación de éste exitoso procedimiento.
Due to this damage of this important artery I had to undergo an Angioplasty, which consists of opening the narrowed or blocked arteries that supply blood to the heart. This procedure was performed through a small opening in the wrist of my right arm through which a catheter was inserted into the blocked artery, with the help of X-rays, to guide and thus be able to place the Stent (a small mesh tube that expands the artery), in my case the Circumflex artery. I tell you that when I was performing this intervention I had a problem with the tension, where they saw the need to control it immediately to continue with the angioplasty, with a duration of about 50 minutes approximately. At the beginning of the procedure it was a little difficult and painful to introduce the catheter in my radial artery of my right arm. After this long time where I saw on a monitor where I was passing the stent until I reached the obstruction, I finally saw with much enthusiasm and some despair the culmination of this successful procedure.
Les comento que fué algo tan impresionante el cambio que empecé a sentir luego de unos minutos de esta anhelada intervención. Aunque con algo de dolor en mi pecho y más en mi brazo, pero en lo que respecta a mi respiración sentí una mejoría satisfactoria, ya no me siento con falta de oxígeno, ni cansancio, ni decaimiento como así lo sentía antes de la Angioplastia. De verdad que estoy muy contento con esta intervención tan exitosa. Aprovecho la oportunidad para agradecer a @Hexagono6 y a @soychalbet por su apoyo y preocupación por mi salud. No me queda más nada que decir , solo espero le haya gustado mi post. Dando mil gracias al ser supremo por mi pronta mejoría y a mi fiel compañera, mi esposa que siempre ha estado a mi lado en las buenas y en las malas.
I tell you that it was something so impressive the change that I began to feel after a few minutes of this long-awaited intervention. Although with some pain in my chest and more in my arm, but with regard to my breathing I felt a satisfactory improvement, I no longer feel lack of oxygen, or tiredness, or decay as I felt before the Angioplasty. I am really very happy with this successful intervention. I take this opportunity to thank @Hexagono6 and @soychalbet for their support and concern for my health.
