11 Wonderful Years! - Happy Anniversary to Us!

December 28 was a day for celebration. It was our 11th year of marriage. Though we did not celebrate it extravagantly. It was like an ordinary day but full of thanksgiving.

In the morning, created a post in one of my social media account and received an overflowing well wishes from friends and family. We are grateful.

This year is different for a fact that we are not in Cebu. First time to celebrate our anniversary here in Laguna. In my husband's birth place. Prior to the our anniversary, we received a lunch invitation from one of a close family friend. Lunch at their home on our anniversary. A way of a treat with our children of course.

We enjoyed the food and the chit chats. Our children received Christmas gifts as well! A day to be grateful for all the blessings.

On the same date, we were also invited to join a Holiday Ball for couples at church. It is like a year-ender activity for married couples in our church in Sta. Cruz, Laguna. Delicious food was also prepared. There were games as well and of course dancing!

At the event, we still need to wear our face masks.

This is how our anniversary day went. Spent it with friends and attended an activity at church as a couple. We left our children at the care of my mother-in-law. It is nice to be here in Laguna. We have someone to attend to our children when me and my husband's away. :D Soon we will be going back to Cebu. Back to reality. :D

Grateful for the 11 wonderful years with my husband. Wishing and looking forward for more years with him. Cheers to more years!
