Yummy food Chira fry cooking with combination of tea and chanachur 28/09/2023 in Bangladesh

Hello, I hope you all are well by the grace of Allah, living a healthy and beautiful life, by the prayers of all of you I am also well by the grace of Allah Alhamdulillah,I always love trying new cuisines. Cooking can be said to be a reflection of the life of our women. Because we know that the moment when we finish cooking and serve it, we feel very happy.And I always remember my mother's cooking since I was a child because it was a great lesson in my life.So let's present ourselves with food through today's different cooking arrangement.In my city, this rice is made by steaming the rice with the help of machine. Let's friends today I am going to tell you how to fry rice chips and combine chanachur with onion chili and mustard oil.We make the food suitable and organize the breakfast with a homely atmosphere for the afternoon snack

Today I made this yummy dish for afternoon snack which I find the taste incomparable.And the combination of Chanachur Onion Chilli Mustard Oil is mouthwatering.Then along with it I had a cup of ginger tea which I really enjoyed with this chira fry.

Here in an airtight plastic jar I stored the cuttings.If kept like this it can be stored for several months.Our price of chira per kg in Bangladesh is 90 taka with hive price 2.79

To prepare this chira recipe, first place a pan on the stove,Drizzle it with a small amount of oil.And sprinkle a little salt.

Then mix well and stir continuously.At one stage the roast will turn light red and then the heat of the oven should be reduced.

Then pour the slices into a serving dish.

After that,two onions and two raw chilies should be chopped and cut into slices and taken in the frying pan.

Then apply a small amount of mustard oil.

Then to enhance the taste of this dish I made a cup of ginger tea along with it which is very beneficial for the body.After that, the fried food will be ready.
