Hive food Yummy and Delicious Piyaju Recipe. 11/12/2023 in Bangladesh.

Hello, I hope you all are well by the grace of Allah, living a healthy and beautiful life, by the prayers of all of you I am also well by the grace of Allah Alhamdulillah, Today I am presenting to you some amazing steps to cook piyaju which is delicious. I hope this wonderful dish will give you much pleasure. This winter the green chillies give us a more delicious taste.Let's start today's wonderful cooking.
I always like to practice my skills and do all the work to cook this wonderful traditional piyaju today. Culinary means different techniques. So we use our experience in different ways.When I have a job experience I use that experience later on, which doubles that performance ability with more practice.
Necessary measures
- chickpea pulses 250 gms
- Flour haf cup
- Chilli 5 pitches
- 4 onions
- Coriander in moderation
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Masala paste 1 tsp
- garam masala 1 tsp
- Salt moderation
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Oil 250 gms
The pulses that I have taken for frying piyaju is chickpea pulses. I soaked the pulses for 12 hours.
Then these soaked pulses should be blended in silpata or blender. Care should be taken that it is not fine at once and if it is slightly grainy, the piyaju will be delicious to eat.
Now the Piyaju mix has to be made. That's why I took some salt and turmeric powder first.
This time I poured half cup of flour into the mixture. Using flour will increase the consistency of the piyaju slightly and make the mixture stick together,
After adding the flour, I poured ginger batter, garlic batter, cumin batter, garam masla powder into the mixture one by one.
The chillies and onions used here must be finely chopped. Then I added the chillies and onions to the mixture.
Then I added chopped coriander leaves to the mixture and it will give a nice aroma.
After mixing all the ingredients together, mix them very well. Then wait 10-15 minutes.
Now put a pan on the stove and pour oil. When the oil is hot, make small balls of the mixture and leave it in the oil and deep fry it.
Then fried, poured it into a dish, it was very crispy and delicious to eat.

I wish I can give you a vote on this post. There was one time back some 20 years ago, my Bangladesh colleague invited me over to this hostel, he made his similar dish. We eat two big bowl of rice with that chickpea patty 😁
