You can complete this recipe by watching each step and all the cooking techniques. Excellent taste and incomparably healthy vegetables provide a lot of energy for the human body.

We cook different types of vegetables. One of them is this winter vegetable.I think the most interesting vegetable of the winter season is this cauliflower and potato dish. Cauliflower is a different type of item, potato and cauliflower cooking methods are present today .Cauliflower is more nutritious than most other vegetables.This vegetable is rich in calcium. Then the amount of iron in cauliflower is much more vitamin than potato radish or tomato eggplant sweet pumpkin chichinga and singa. One of the many ways we cook is technique.All about cooking ingredients and mixing them well.Ingredients and combinations are the only reason for flavor in curries. Every time you cook, you can bring out unparalleled flavors in curries by combining them well.

I went to the market to buy all the cooking materials to complete this cooking today.I bought cauliflower for 50 taka and coriander leaves for 10 taka.I bought raw pepper for ten rupees.I bought potatoes for 60 rupees. Our Bangladeshi food costs a lot which we have to buy at a high price. Especially the prices of fruits and vegetables are high in these countries.We can think of one thing if the price of potato is 60 taka per kg then the price of all other ingredients will be higher.

  7. Oil 90 ML
  8. Coriander leaves amount like
  9. Potatoes 4 pcs

✅Making Process Recipe

First, we will clean and peel the potatoes and cauliflower. Especially, we will see that there are insects inside the cauliflower and cut it cleanly with a knife.Then we cut the base of the coriander leaves and finely chop the green chillies onion garlic.Let us follow the next thought.

Then we add green chillies onion garlic and coriander leaves,Wash cauliflower potatoes with clean water. Keep all ingredients in separate containers.Then we will cut the green chillies garlic vegetables to the cooking size with our choice knife. Let us follow the next step.

Then we will wash it well with clean water.Then I will put the curry in the oven. Then as soon as the curry is hot, we will add 90 grams of soybean oil.After the oil is heated, add all the ingredients of onion and chili to the pan.and will combine Let us follow the next expression.

Then we continue to combine well with potatoes. After lightly frying the potatoes. We will fry the cauliflower in the pot.Let us follow the next step.

Next we will add cumin powder turmeric and salt as much. Then we will combine those materials well. Let us follow the next step

Then we will give three pints of water. Mix well with water. Then we add coriander leaves and we combine it. Let us recall the next step,

Then we add garam masala to the curry.After that I will mix it well. It is very important to mix more and more to make the curry taste incomparable.Let us follow next.

Then we will cover the curry for 15 to 20 minutes after you put it. Later open the lid and see if your vegetables are cooked. This vegetable cooks incomparable in its wonderful color and taste. Let's have a final.

I am fond of cooking this way using fresh ingredients, vegetables and spices, (and in my case some meat). However, this does not look like it's lacking anything at all.
