And one of my greatest achievements shows what tenacity means in my life I live it every time I go jogging, where I did not give up when I barely jogged 100 meters and felt I could not, where I arrived after each day and I said to myself that someday I will make it was a very strong way, I remember and I really say thank God I did not give up, despite the long time it took me to jog in a relaxed way, enjoying every stride, every kilometer, where now 5 km, are something almost like walking, even I am surprised how I do it without any effort, where the health obstacles that were presented to me did not keep me away from my goals, just told me that I had to work on those elements that kept me away from achieving my goals, where mental control, working on me was a vital part in achieving my goal, jogging long kilometers in a relaxed way, enjoying the activity, and the environment that surrounds me during each jogging.

I look at myself and see that the result of each goal achieved has been the result of my perseverance, determination, discipline, patience, where each fall, failure, has made me renew myself to move forward, and this makes us feel proud when we achieve our goals, that we do not owe anything to anyone, nor to luck, everything is the result of our work, education, and believe in ourselves, and not give up our goals.

I changed my lifestyle to reach my goals, I changed my diet, I worked on my limitations, I created a training plan, I always gave that extra mile, I was always persistent, I didn't stop until I reached my goals, Even though there were times that I saw them far away, I told myself well I keep working, and now many friends ask me how I do to jog like you, and well I simply tell them you don't have to be a great athlete, you just have to set that goal, that is the result of constant work and always be firm in jogging in such a way that you enjoy every day.

And I tell you one thing friends, whatever we propose we can achieve it, we just have to be persistent and never give up because when we believe that we are not going to achieve it and we are going to abandon our goals, it is that we lack just a little bit to achieve it, and this makes us bigger, because we persevere until the end, and if we do not achieve it in the first, second, third attempt we do not have to give up, we must review ourselves to see where we are failing and continue until we reach our goals.
