Have You Identified Your Money Making Activities?
What Actions Are Making You Money
Apologies everyone I know this is a crass subject. Sometimes things do not go to plan and 3speak is taking forever to upload your video for the #ctpcontent 30-day challenge.
Keep in mind most business models are simple. This is so they can be repeatable and as Ray Kroc taught us simplicity is the key to consistency.
I Overcomplicate Everything
If you're like me then you can overcomplicate a hard-boiled egg. It took me a long time to identify my money-making activities.
Being a seller the activities that make me the most money are the following:
1. Buying items to resell
2. Listing items
3. repeat number 1
Reselling is a bit more complicated than the above list but honestly not by much. Everything else should be to support those 3 actions like taking good photos of the products, or providing good customer service.
Later today I have a video coming out about your DMO, and getting organized.
Thats all for now see you again tomorrow :-)

Great post bro glad it is all coming together for you video is a massive issue for me for a number of reasons but i am working on this
For those of us with self-image problems, or those of us that try to make everything perfect...(I am both) video is darn near impossible.
I had to forget about myself. Just focus on my fans. Speak the message.
Then all was left was to remind me over and over, nobody starts out perfect. For example John Goodman "Dan Connor in Rosanne" plus he was in a bunch of movies like King Ralph, and Red State. His big break was a Chunky Soup commercial. I am sure that the commercial embarrasses him to this day lol
I often hear Jon, Blain, and Eliana talk about when they started and what their first sites, videos, and graphics were like.
If you ever need support, or encouragement, I am here :-)
Yeah thanks bro i am going to work on it, i have some mental health issues i need to work around.
